如何做一個完整的暑假學習計劃
1、早起。
睡懶覺最浪費時間。前一天晚上就為第二天做好計劃，包括幾點鐘起床。假期開始后的幾天或個把星期，你很可能起不來。不要緊，給自己放幾天假，等身體恢復(fù)之后就要督促自己早起。
2、激勵自己。
如果你實在太懶，就先給自己設(shè)定一個目標，并想好目標完成后如何獎勵自己的方法。當發(fā)現(xiàn)完成目標后，有大餐或很有意思的活動在等待著自己，再困難的任務(wù)也不會成為攔路虎了。
3、不要忘了學習。
做老師布置的假期作業(yè)，或復(fù)習上學期學過的內(nèi)容，也可以預(yù)習下學期要學的內(nèi)容。只有這樣做了，等新學期開始的時候你才不至于悔恨自己怎么忘了那么多知識。研究標明，學生中普遍存在著“假期知識遺忘”的現(xiàn)象。因此，即便是假期，你也要安排復(fù)習已學知識的時間。比如看看筆記、練習題、作業(yè)本，多讀課本或課外書，研究自己喜歡的話題，或者做做有趣的智力題等等。
4、至少讀1-2本書。
選擇幾本你喜歡，且有動力去讀的書。如果對書本感興趣，你也可以一周讀兩到三本，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)閱讀既有趣又有用。給你個選書方法：
①找這個領(lǐng)域的.專家，學者，或者優(yōu)秀的人，請他們推薦；
②找權(quán)威書單，每個領(lǐng)域，都必會有一些專家和達人開列的書單；
③根據(jù)自己讀過的喜歡的書，向外延伸；
④根據(jù)自己閱讀過的書，或自己喜歡的書中提到的書的名字尋找；
⑤根據(jù)自己的欣賞水平和判斷選書。
5、為了提高閱讀學習效率，可以用假期這段時間學習掌握快速閱讀的能力。

6、學些新技能。
