  本單元的語言訓練重點是互相詢問如何度過周末,并對已過上一周的周末進行評論。section a主要是聽讀說和基礎語言運用,為目標句型提供分步示例和指導性練習;section b知識擴展;新舊知識的運用;循序漸進的寫作練習;運用所學的語言完成各種任務使學生能夠對已經學過的目標句型運用自如;self check自我評價,詞匯知識的評價,語言應用能力的評價.

  教學目標:

  1.認知目標:

  能熟知課文主要內容,掌握相應的語言知識

  (單詞、習慣用語、語法和功能用語)。

  能結合所給任務,綜合運用新、舊知識完成任務。

  2.技能目標

  能培養良好的聽、說、讀、寫的能力,能正確使用動詞過去式進行準確的描述。

  通過觀察、想象、模仿和表演等熟練、生動、有創造性地從圖片或文字材料中獲取有效信息,拓寬視野,圍繞“上一周周末活動”進行交際。

  self check閱讀部分中講到old henry因失去his cute dog而悲傷不己,寫到he has no dog and no family。借此向學生滲透在西方,狗備受寵愛和青睞的文化。有關狗的詞匯不像在漢語中,如:“狐朋狗友”“看家狗”“痛打落水狗”等都含有貶義。拓展一些詞匯,如:lucky dog(幸運的人),big dog(大亨),clever dog聰明的小孩,伶俐的小孩子)。every dog has his day(人人皆有得意時)。

  教學重點和難點:

  單詞:beach,pool,visit,stay,cute,test,cook,spend,mountain,practice以及不規則變化行為動詞is,do,go,have,read,see,write,sit的過去式形式was,did,went,had,read,saw,wrote,sat

  短語:go to(a place),go shopping,go for a walk with……,visit (a person),watch sb do sth,it is time to do sth,read a book about(history),see an interesting talk show,study for the(math)test。

  語音:掌握動詞過去式規則變化中動詞詞尾所加的-ed的三種不同的讀音規則(| t | | d | | id | ) 。

  語法:掌握一般過去時表示過去發生的動作或存在的狀態。通常由動詞過去式表示,與表示過去的時間狀語連用。

  日常交際用語:

  ⑴ what did you /your friend/he/she/they do last weekend?

  (2) how was your weekend?

  (3) it was great!/it was ok./it wasn’t very good.

  (單詞的詞義/詞的搭配和它們在一般過去時中的用法是難點)

  step1. warming-up

  ask some questions to have a short review.
