　　Leo Tolstoy once said, everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.

　　He is right. We always have great plans and dreams in our minds… too ready to achieve something grand that changes the world or benefits all of mankind .For example; we hate pollution and have made up our minds to find new energy sources that keep the environment clean. Yet we still litter on the ground. We complain about traffic jams, so we plan to build more highways to solve the problem, but it never occurs to us that our failure to follow traffic regulations is the leading cause of this situation. We are so concerned that the violence in the media has a bad impact on our children, we urge the government to set laws to protect them. But, do we, as adults, set a good example for our kids? We use nasty words and even spit on the ground in front of them, I dare to say, we harm more!

　　In my opinion, before we decide to change the world, we had better change ourselves first. As ordinary individuals, we do not have the power to change the world. But we can change our habit of littering, spitting, cussing, we can respect the environment around us, we must act as good models for our kids.

　　If each of us does all of these little things, all of us, millions and millions of individuals together, together we will be strong …strong enough to change our world!

　　So please, the next time you do something, think how your actions influence not only you, but those around you too, especially our children …and perhaps more importantly…our planet!

　　他說的很有道理，我們每個(gè)人都心懷偉大時(shí)志向，時(shí)刻準(zhǔn)備去干一番能造福全人類的大事業(yè)。比如，我們痛恨環(huán)境污染，所以我們下定決心去開發(fā)新的更高效更干凈的能源來保護(hù)我們的環(huán)境，但是同時(shí)我們卻隨手亂扔垃圾;我們抱怨大城市的交通堵塞，計(jì)劃造更多的高速路來解決交通問題，但是我們從來沒有想過，如果我們能遵守交通規(guī)則話，那么這一問題是不是可以得到很大得緩解呢?我們擔(dān)心電視電影里面得暴力會(huì)對(duì)我們得孩子產(chǎn)生不良的影響，于是我們敦促政府通過立法來保護(hù)未成年人，但是我們這些大人又做得怎么樣呢?我們?yōu)槲覀兊南乱淮龊昧吮砺蕟?我們說粗話，甚至在孩子面前抽煙。不客氣地說，我們對(duì)孩子的不良影響更多!

　　在我看來，在我們打算改變這個(gè)世界之前，我們最好先改變一下自己。作為一個(gè)普通人，我們其實(shí)沒有改變這個(gè)世界的能力，但是我可以改變我們隨地扔垃圾，，隨地吐痰的壞習(xí)慣，我們應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)去保護(hù)環(huán)境，我們應(yīng)該為我們的'孩子起好的表率作用。

　　如果我們每個(gè)人都能從小事起，那么千千萬萬個(gè)人力量匯聚在一起，那力量是強(qiáng)大的，足以改變這個(gè)世界。

　　朋友，當(dāng)您在做某一件事情的時(shí)候，請(qǐng)您想一想，您的行為會(huì)對(duì)您周圍的人產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響，因?yàn)椋男袨椴粏螁斡绊懙侥约海€有您周圍的人，更重要的是我們的孩子…甚至我們的世界。

　　Confidence starts in the mind.What you think of yourself very much influences the way you feel about yourself. This, in turn, affects the way you speak and act.

　　No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.The very first thing you have to do to create abundant

　　self-confidence is to start thinking ourselves with confidence. Pay attention to your internal dialogue, and learn to notice when you allow negativity or doubt to control the course of your thinking.

　　Your environment has a tremendous influence on you. The books you read, the people you spend time with, and the music you listen to all influence the way you think and feel about yourself and the world around you.

　　In a nutshell, your environment can either build up your self-confidence or drag it down.

　　If youre in a situation where youre discouraged, such as an unhealthy relationship or a miserable job, you have to change that situation if you want your self-confidence level to grow.

　　Create an environment that supports you if your desire to have abundant self-confidence. Spend time with confident people.

　　Remember those, self-confidence can be yours. Take it!

　　And with the similar function and a much lower price, the financial difficulty that troubled many poor students can be solved much more easily.

　　What’s more, experts estimated that if all textbooks in universities can be used once again, we can save about 100 million Yuan which can help you to travel to moon for one time.Secondly, develop a good habit.

　　Selling the waste things in a flea market can help the sellers to cultivate a good habit of making full use of their belongings.

　　Thus you will think twice before buying a new product next time.Thirdly, foster an intelligence to engage in business.

　　You can learn to communicate with others and promote sale of your products to others at a proper price by doing this.

　　Your practical ability can also improve a lot.Don’t forget the last one, environmental-friendly.
