　　1、My Favorite Sport

　　There are many kinds of interesting sports, such as basketball, football, swimming and running, but the most I like is swimming. When I was a little child, my father took me to the river which near my house to learn swimming. Then, I found it's really fun and cool when I swim in the water, especially in summer. It's the most exciting thing to do when summer comes. I like swimming. It's so wonderful.

　　I like sports very much. Football, basketball, running and swimming are my favorites. But I like playing basketball most, because I think playing basketball is very cool and interesting. I often play basketball with my classmates. We are a good team. Playing basketball is a good way to make friends. After all, we have common interests. 　　I’m neither interested in sports nor good at it. But except swimming. I can swim since I was a baby. My mother tells me that she let me swim in the water with a life-buoy when I was 20 days old. And then I can swim gradually. When I grow up, I like swimming very much. I swim all the year round. Swimming in summer makes me feel comfortable to lower my temperature. 　　My hobby is playing basketball. I started to play basketball when I was 12 years old. After school, I would stay on the playground and play basketball with some friends of mine until it was dark. I am busy at work during the week so I don’t often play it, when there are some holidays for me to have a rest. 　　April 28th Saturday Fine

　　It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didn't go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

　　We got there at 9：00. We were pided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Children's Play ground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

　　4 月28 日（星期六）晴天

　　今天是星期六，是在五一勞動節之前。我和我的同學去附近的公園，我們不是去那里娛樂，而是去參加義務勞動。
