　　Today, the weather was awful. And I don’t like the weather. It could make me feel unhappy. It’s fidgety to do anything. However, this day was the first day in National Day vacation. 　　But this day, I spent time in doing homework. Although I didn’t do much homework, I felt tired. I thought I really needed to relax. But at night, I played computer with my brother. We saw an interesting movie. That talked about love and courage. That is a really very nice movie. And I really like that protagonist. She told me about friends and friendship. What a busy day I had!

　　on the first day of the spring festival, most of people get up early and say “happy new year” to each other. for breakfast, people often eat dumplings and baozi. after breakfast, people often make many delicious foods, and children often play cards, computer games and fireworks. on the second and third day, we visit friends and relatives.

　　everyone is busy on chinese new year, and everyone is happy, too.

　　Yuanxiao (glutinous rice ball) or Tangyuan is the special food for the Lantern Festival.

　　It is believed that Yuanxiao is named after a palace maid, Yuanxiao, of Emperor Wu Di of the Han Dynasty. Yuanxiao is a kind of sweet dumpling, which is made with sticky rice flour filled with sweet stuffing.

　　Yuanxiao is sticky, sweet and round in shape, symbolizing family unity, completeness and happiness.
