One of the themes that are common to everyone is how to become success. Some believe that luck is essential to peoples success, while others assert that hard work has everything to do with success. On balance, I tend to agree that hard work is a valuable factor contributed to peoples success.
“no pains, no gains” .Without exerting oneself, one could never expect to achieve success in no matter what one is doing. As is known to all, there is no royal road to the summit of success. One is likely to succeed only when one has worked with whole-hearted devotion and perseverance. Those who are lazy, sloppy and indifferent to their work, those who never concentrate on work will definitely end in failure. On the whole, as far as they are concerned, hard-working is the decisive factor to success.
In my view, When opportunities come, meet and make full use of them. Only in this way can we succeed one day.

Nothing Succeeds Without a Strong Will
“Where there is a will, there is way” is an old proverb which almost everyone knows, but not all understand it so well. Actually, it means that if you are really resolved to do something, no matter how difficult it might be, never give up.
In fact, strong will is a kind of good quality which successful people should own. A great man is always one who has a firm resolution and an inflexible spirit. One will never succeed all his life without a firm will to get the final victory. As a rule, great tasks are accomplished by men of strong will. For example, Dr. Sun Yatsen, the founder of the Republic of China, set the Chinese people free from the Manchurian rule through a long period of hard struggle. Many of his attempts failed and many of his followers were killed, but he had an inflexible spirit and stuck to his cause. Finally, he made the revolution of 1911 a success. The same is true of men in all walks of life.
It is quite obvious that there is nothing difficult in the world, if you make up your mind to do it, you will certainly accomplish your end. That stands to reason. So as for students like us, we should have a good attitude towards failure. Facing with difficulties and failures, keep heads up and never give up. Besides, we should make full preparation, though strong will help us overcome the difficulties, it is not for person who has no preparation.

Success and persistence
There is a proverb saying that constant dripping wears away a stone which tells us how important persistence is to be successful.
The story in the picture just tells us that. Two person dug for the diamonds but they didn’t know how far they are from diamonds. One of them dug very fast and he had dug a long tunnel close to the diamonds. However, he gave it up. Another dug a little slow, with the belief he would succeed.Maybe the truth is he would succeed.
In fact,almost all people work hard for success, but not all people can success. Many people have a question about how to make success. In my opinion,the key is persistence. As we all know,the way to success are full of failures and difficulties. People should never give up when meet them. If you give up, you can’t be successful. No matter how hard it is, persistence must be there.
Overseas luxury consumption of Chinese refers to the phenomenon that more and more wealthy Chinese people buy luxuries overseas. With wealth increasing ,Chinese consumers pursue more high-end products. A quarter of luxury which is consumed by Chinese made China be the second largest luxury consumption country in the world.However, six in ten of Chinese luxuries is consumed overseas making luxury consumption being an important part in outbound tourism.The cause of this phenomenon are the lower price ,higher quality and various products overseas.
