　　Have you ever been Changbai MountainIt is a marvelous place and known by people all over the word. My parents like traveling very much.So, in summer vacation, our family choose Changbai Mountain to visit.

　　Owing to the remote location, we spent one night to go there by train. When we reached the gate of Changbai Mountain, we felt very lucky. Because the weather was so good and full of sunshine that we can see Heaven Pool clearly. In the tour, we saw the virgin forest. Changbai Mountain is a natural big Museum and one of most famous forest of China, being honored as “Temperate biological free gene pool”. There are kinds of tree, such as Korean pine, fir, birch and so on. There is the “millennium snow is the year pine, on straight world first peak” fine reputation. Also, I saw many squirrels. They are very cute. I took many photos of them. I really wanted to take them to my home, but it is impossible.

　　The bus took us to the foot of the mountain. Our board is to look at heaven pool in Changbai Mountain, but would like to see the heaven pool is not easy. The jeep bumped along the rough mountain road, and we must climb over 1,200-tread of the staircase. I felt very tired after that. It acquires fame because of its prominent peak old age mountain multi- white pumice and the snow. The sun was shining on the foot of mountain

　　but the wind around the mountains become fog. There is really cold, so we all put on our coat. From what the guide said, we know that Heaven pool is a high mountain summer resort some 1, 980 meters above sea level. And I want to say:” Heaven pool is so beautiful and an earthly paradise.”

　　Changbai Mountain is a dormant volcano, as a result of Changbai Mountain unique geography structure. Nearby the heaven pool, we saw the crater. It is too grand to keep on going. As if I go ahead, I will fall to the bottom.

　　There are many hot springs.Changbai mountain is famous for the most abundant hot springs and mineral spring sources ,but it is a little expensive. The most famous food of Changbai Mountain is over eggs. The eggs are boiled in hot spring. Everyone who visits Changbai Mountain must eat them. It is a symbol of Changbai Mountain.

　　Changbai Mountains is one of the state AAAA level scenic spots. It is the best choice to be the first spot to visit China. Don’t miss it, or you must be regretful.

　　During the summer vacation, my mother took me to Changbai Mountain. Of course, my good friends Han Zimu, Liu Juncheng, Jin Haowen and their mothers also came along. The mothers amusingly called our group the "Mommy and Kids Group". Changbai Mountain is located in Jilin Province. The snow and ice there only start to melt in June every year, and it is covered with snow and ice for much of the year. This summer vacation, I was fortunate to witness its beauty.

　　On August 7th, we took the environmental protection vehicle in the scenic area, enjoying the trees and grass on both sides of the road, and arrived at the main peak of Changbai Mountain - Tianchi Lake of Changbai Mountain. The altitude of Tianchi Lake is more than 2,500 meters. It was formed after a volcanic eruption. There are sixteen majestic peaks standing around Tianchi Lake, like warriors. Some of these sixteen huge peaks are like pagodas piercing straight into the blue sky; some are like the Thunder God glaring... The wind on the mountain was very strong, and we all changed into thick clothes. Gusts of cool wind blew, but the mirror-like Tianchi Lake did not show a single ripple.

　　Coming down from Tianchi Lake, we came to the Changbai Mountain Waterfall. The water rushed from the top of the mountain to the ground like an angry dragon. It roared and clamored, the sound was deafening. Countless strands of water merged into a surging waterfall, and the torrent splashed thousands of drops and beads, shining silver in the sunlight. I couldnt help but think of the eternal masterpiece of the great poet Li Bai of the Tang Dynasty: "The waterfalls plunge three thousand feet straight down, as if the Milky Way has fallen from the nine heavens."

　　When I left Changbai Mountain, I deeply fell in love with this fairyland on earth. I am proud that our motherland has such magnificent rivers and mountains!

　　During this summer vacation, I visited Changbai Mountain Tianchi with my parents. Changbai Mountain Tianchi is located in Jilin Province. It is a dormant volcano, and there is a very beautiful lake on the top of the mountain, called Tianchi.

　　In order to see Tianchi as early as possible, we arrived at the mountain gate on the northern slope of Changbai Mountain at 6:30 in the morning. Before 7 oclock, the gate opened. We took the bus in the scenic area to the designated transfer point in the scenic area. At the transfer point, we took a ten-person minibus and headed straight for Tianchi. On the way to Tianchi, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery along the way and felt the magnificent mountains and rivers of our motherland.

　　When we reached the top of the mountain, after a short queue, we finally saw Tianchi, which we had been looking forward to for a long time. Tianchi is so beautiful. The blue water and the blue sky complement each other. The water surface reflects the shadows of white clouds and mountains. We had never seen such a beautiful scenery before and were overwhelmed by the magic and beauty of nature.

　　We took many photos at Tianchi, for fear of missing some beautiful scenery. Finally, we reluctantly said goodbye to Tianchi.
