Just as saying goes, God is equal toeveryone. As he closes the door, he will also open a window for us.

　　Many of us have seen a picture on the Internet of a man with a nice smileis struggling along with the aid of a stick because of losing one of hisfeet,and another man is sitting on the ground without shoes on his feet,lookinganxious and depressed.How different the expressions flitting across their facesare!At the bottom of the drawing says”Because I have no shoes,I keep complaininguntil I find another man who has lost one of his feet.”

　　Recently, I have seen an impressive film –Precious, which tells the growingexperiences about a pretty fat black girl, Precious Jones, a girl living in theHarlem. The film reveals the poor and miserable life in the Harlem, but at thesame time, it encourages people to take a positive and optimistic attitude toface it, no matter how difficult it is.

　　Precious is so undereducated that she can not read and write formally.What’s worse, she is usually knocked around by her irascible mother. Worst ofall, she is sexually assaulted by her stepfather and has two children before theage of seventeen. Owing to the situation she gets involved, she has to leaveschool and is introduced to alternative school. After waging many struggles andovercoming many difficulties, she finds the goals of life again with the help ofher teacher and classmates.

　　In the film, Precious insists on keeping her children all the time thoughshe gets involved in trouble. She has a firm belief that she can 3 get rid of thepast life and start the new one and she really makes it finally. Her insistencetells me that keeping positive and optimistic would make a great contribution toachieve dream.

　　In life, many people are easy to feel frustrated by meeting a bit ofsetback. As far as I am concerned, we need to learn to keep positive andoptimistic when facing difficulties so that we have more power to keep andpursue our dreams.

　　I’m sure that there are many people in this world are very easily affectedby weather or surrounding environments.This kind of people is every emotional,they maybe meet occasionally ineffable sadness, even cannot tell a reason.

　　I think of a few solutions to this problem. First of all, when you find outthat you are not in the mood to do anything but feeling sad, the first thing youhave to do is keep yourself busy.Listening a cheerful song would be helpful, atthe same time, find something else to do, like cleaning the house, go out for ajogging. Just put yourself in a cheerful and bright environment, nurture someflowers in your room, or keep a pet, the vibrant plants or animal is always akey to open a happy door.

　　Second, think in a positive way. Many people are tending to think theproblem in a bad way, but in fact, things are not always as bad as they think.It is been proved

　　that if people think in the bad side, they are unlikely findthe way to solute the problem and feel worse. We should see the bright sidewhile we are in the bad situation, which make us ensure everything is possible,and everything will get better. Then our mood will not be effected by thepredicament。
