　　Over the past couple of years,several cases of the food scandal have been disclosed on various media. The problem of food security has bee a hot button across society. The prevalence of food insecurity has greatly impacted public health,which the government could not afford to ignore，according to the online edition of the People Daily.

　　在過去的幾年中，幾起食品丑聞案件已經(jīng)在各種媒體上披露.全社會的食品安全問題已經(jīng)成為一個熱題.食品不安全的盛行已經(jīng)大大影響了群眾的健康，根據(jù)人民日報網(wǎng)絡(luò)版，政府不應(yīng)當(dāng)忽視這一問題.

　　There are a couple of driving forces,I would argue,behind this undesirable tide. First,in the course of the rapid economic evolution，we ignore moral education,giving rise to the rising rate of the problem.

　　More importantly,the lack of adequate regulation and punishment on those illegal producers enforces the trend.

　　我認(rèn)為這一不良行為的.背后有很多驅(qū)動力.首先，在快速的經(jīng)濟進(jìn)化過程中，我們忽視了道德教育，從而導(dǎo)致了這一問題不斷上升.更重要的是，缺乏足夠的對那些非法生產(chǎn)者的監(jiān)管和處罰加強了這一局面.

　　As Confucius instructed,it is better late than never. Prompt and strict measures should be taken to turn back this evil trend. The government should launch a massive moral campaign to educate all citizens and draw up tougher laws to crack down on those irresponsible corporations and prohibit them from entering the food industry again. I am firmly convinced that through our bined efforts we are bound to enjoy more riskfree foods in the days ahead.

　　With the growing awareness of healthy eating,more and more people now are paying more attention to the importance of healthy diet and an active life. But at the same time,a growing unrest over food safety in the China has caught everyone’s concern.

　　When it es to the food safety incidents,especially 20xx Chinese milk scandal,every consumer has much anger to pour upon them. In September 20xx,a fresh outbreak of kidney disease occurred,due to baby formula contaminated by melamine. Three babies died and over 6，000 were made sick by the tainted formula. The supplier of the milk,Sanlu Group,is a name brand and is a major player in the industry in China. The pany is said to have known of the problem for months,but claims the contaminant came from milk suppliers.

　　Who should be main responsible for these serious incidents like milk scandal? On one hand,plex China’s food regulations should shoulder part duties. We should realized its monitoring system can be unresponsive,and the government departments that oversee and enforce policies have overlapping and often ambiguous duties. On the other,food producers and suppliers lack deserved responsibility for consumers! What they cares is only their own interest and profit maximization.

　　In my opinion ，everyone involved in it should set up a high responsibility for others,law related should be passed and carried out. Only in this way can we e by a healthy eating and a harmonious world.

　　In case of information breach, the victimsgovernment department, an organization or an institution, or a company will inevitably suffer great or small loss. government may be threatened with national security. companies may lose opportunities to develop new projects. and the public’s and users’ confidence will be damaged.

　　一旦信息被打破，受害者——政府部門，組織或機構(gòu)，或大或小的公司將不可避免地遭受損失.政府可能會威脅到國家安全.公司可能會失去開發(fā)新項目的機會.與公眾和用戶的信心將被損壞.

　　then how to deal with this issue? technology is only a partial solution to information security. what’s more important is that organizations and companies should promote the awareness on information security to its staff. however, since no system can ever be 100 percent secure, a preventiononly approach to information security management is not enough. companies and organizations should adopt a dual approach to information security management by combing prevention and detection techniques

　　那么如何處理這個問題?技術(shù)只是解決信息安全的'一部分.更重要的是組織和公司應(yīng)促進(jìn)其工作人員的信息安全意識.然而，由于沒有系統(tǒng)能百分之百的安全，只有一個保護(hù)信息安全管理的方法是不夠的.公司和組織應(yīng)該通過預(yù)防和檢測技術(shù)相結(jié)合采取一個信息安全管理的二元的方法.
