　　首先要感恩自己的父母，因為每個人的生命都是父母血脈的延續，父母給了我們全部的愛，讓我們享受到了人世間的親情和幸福，因此，我們要感謝父母。

　　大自然是萬物賴以生存的基礎，人的生命活動一時一刻也離不開它，我們人類的衣食住行等都是從大自然中獲得的，因此，我們應該感恩大自然。
