　　English is a useful language all over the world. Why are we began to learn English when we were little children? Beacause it is very important for us to learn it.In the world, if you cannot speak English you will lose half a chance to success.

　　I began to learn English when I was 8 years old.At that moment,I do not like English.I connot remember all the words which I have learnt.I think it is very difficult for me to learn it well.So I cannot read English loudly and I never answer the questions in the English classes.

　　Even if my English is very bad, my teacher stll encourages me to learn English hard and he gives me some ways to learn English. He tells me to read passages loudly and listen to the English tapes everyday morning.In order to progress my writing he also asks me to write some articles at times. I like listen to the English songs,he suggests me to sing the English songs.As a result of his ways my English becomes well.

　　Now, I like English very well and I still use the ways he tells me.I know I must learn English even hard.

　　You couldn‘t imagine one woman， deaf， dumb and blind， would live happily. For most of us， we would go to death rather than living if we couldn‘t listen， couldn‘t speak and couldn‘t look.

　　We are not brave enough to face such life. But Helen Keller did. As the most famous handicapped， though deaf， dumb and blind， she tried her best to let herself happy. She learnt to touch the world and learn writing with her fingers， then she could write her sentiments with imaginations and pens. I believe she must have one strong heart to face all the misfortunes.

　　Maybe misfortunes are given by God， but the life is made by ourselves. The heart decides the life. We are much luckier than Helen Keller. And no one wants you to be Helen Keller.

　　What I want to say in this Speech is living happily and smile to face all difficulties in your life. I believe it’s much easier than what Hellen Keller did.

　　Ill tell you an experience of myself happened last week. last thursday our school was tackling something about woking fou study. i wanted to have a try even though i knew the salary was so low and i had little chance,because the students who had the certificate were always thought to have priority to get the job.

　　Fortunately i was called at noon and a teacher said to me that she wanted me to work for her and asked if i could change my mind. at that moment i was so excited that immediately i accepted her idea. but later on,she found me that im not a student,so i had little chance and suggest me to get one. then an idea occurred to me that i could call my father and ask him to send me the letter.

　　At the same time i was told that i was admitted to the job and dont need the certificate. that time i forgot to remind my father,until the next day he called me that he had posted it and it would arrive in just one day. at that moment i was moved, and even moved into tears, because i knew my father was injured not long before,the process of helping me with the affairs was not so convenient for him. but he tried his best to help me. sometimes we may complain about unsatisfying things around us,and blame them on our parents,sometimes theyll be angry with us, and sometimes we cant quite understand what they are thinking about. but on balance, almost every parent is selfless to his or her child. they are ready to offer everything to us when we are in bad situation. we used to sharing sorrow with them,but do not forget to share our happiness with them, perhaps they will be much happier than we are. so from now on, lets care more about our parents and do not leave pity to them.

　　Another important step is developing more consideration for others.We should always put others first and place their interests before our own.It＇s also important to be good listeners；in this way people will feel comfortable enough to confide in us.However，no matter what we do， we must not gossip.Above all，we must remember to be ourselves，not phonies.Only by being sincere and respectful of others can we earn their respect.If we can do all of the above，I am sure popularity will come our way.
