　　篇一：

　　Today is the third day and it’s also a very hard andtired day.Yesterday afternoon,all of us learned how to stand in lines and howto walk like a soilder.Although it was very hot outside,everyone tried theirbest to walk in group and helped each other.No one gave up in the half way.Themost unforgettable thing was that when we were training,suddenly,the weatherbecame worse and it rained heavily.But none of us complaint anything.We trainedhard and the teacher praised us.After the hard training,all of the classmatesfelt tired and my legs felt pain.We fell asleep soon at night.

　　On one hand,the hard training can help us make our bodystronger and stronger.On the other hand,it can improve the relation between theclassmates.I thinks it’s a really a great experience for us to learn how towork together and how to overcome difficulties.As an old saying goes‘No painsno gains’.Although it’s hard and tired,we shouldn’t give up and we must try ourbest to overcome the difficulties and learn how to help each other.

　　It was six o’clock, I woke up on time. Today was a newday. After tidying up the room and brushing teeth, we were ready to go to havetraining. We let the class on the line, and made them walked one after another.The weather was so hot and let us feel bad, but we could do this. If you dosomething by heart, we will succeed. The trainer was satisfied with us andsuddenly we had a rest.

　　At noon, we had lunch. Then, we turned back to ouraccomadation. My feet were seriously hurt but I had no complaint. Then I mademy bed and had sleep.In the afternoon, we learned some kinds ofsteps,’One,two,three!’ Our sounds came loudly. We had stayed together in for 3days. Our teacher was happy to see our progress too. At night, we had moretraining and many unforgetful things. The moon was shining, not only on thesky, but also in our heart.

　　It is the third day of the training.As the time wenton,the amount of the training was also increasing.The training was becomingharder and harder,and the weather was also too terrible to bear .As well,nobodystopped and nobody gave up.

　　During the CRP exercise,the teacher’s instructions wereso careful and humorous that nobody felt bored or tired.The funny practice bythe students also made everybody laugh.As the time flew,three hours hadpassed.It was really an unforgettable experience.

　　Afternoon came soon and it was time to have physicalexercise.All the students were ready to receive training.Although the trainingwas very tough,nobody complained about it.

　　All the training was over at last,many students wereextremely tired,but I think we deserve to do so,because of the special meaninggiven by it.

　　There’s no doubt that it’s always been a pretty hard timeduring the training.

　　Last afternoon,our group stopped beside the threatre andbegan to exercise.A moment later,I could barely concentrate and my body wasshaking fiercely.We were asked to stand straightly and properly.I tried hard tohold on my pace,but then my brain started to go blank.Ninty percent of my sightwas covered by some sorts of shadows as if they’were starve devils,eating up mymind.With the help of my teachers,those annoying shadows graudually fadedaway.Then it just left me endless guilty and shame.I just wanna go home.

　　Time was slippery as an eel,the sky wentdark.Eventually,our class teacher taught us the true meaning of thetraining.Not until this moment,did I suddenly realized that I should havecarried on longer.The training is a different form of lesson,showing us how todeal with troubles as well as issues,how to obey orders accurately and whatresistance truly is.

　　At the moment,a well-known saying just hit in mythoughts—Keep calm,and carry on.
