　　Today, my parents and i went to supermarket to buy things we need during the Spring Festival.

　　When we arrived at the supermarket, there had already had many people. And in order to save time, we decide to divide the things we need to buy into kinds. In this way, we can not only save time but also buy all the things without forgeting. First, we went to the drinking zone, we buy orange juice and coca cola. Because of the spring fesival, the kinds of drink were on sales. So we can also save money.

　　Second we went to the vegetable zone,for the needing of many different kinds of vegetable to make dumplings. In there, i felt strongly about the increase of the price of vegetable. But we still bought some of it. Near the vegetable zone is the fruit zone. So we bought some kinds of fresh fruit.

　　Besides, we bought meat and some kinds of nuts. When we finished choosing things and decided to pay it , we found we should wait for a long time. Anyway, to go shopping for the holiday was interesting. So i just think that waiting was another way to experence Spring Festival.

　　It was Sunday today. I went out with my best friend for shopping. We wanted to buy some gifts for our parents for the Spring Festival, because every year we recieve pocket money from them but never give anything to them.

　　I suggested that we bought something useful for our beloved parents as well, as a suprise, they must be very happy and feel proud of us. I saw a very lovely jacket and think it was suitable for my dad. I also found a pink dress, which is mum's favourate colour. She must look so beautiful in this colour!

　　My friend also bought something nice for his parents. We did not have dinner outside as usually, because we wanted to save money for something more meaningful. So we went back home happily with our gifts to have dinner with the family.

　　The winter holiday is coming. I am very excited. I want to better my holiday plan. Now let me tell you my plan.

　　I’m going to read some books and listen to music and relax for a few days first. On the fifth day, I’m going to do my homework. Of course, I’m also going to do some housework. Lunar New Year’s Day, I’m going to take a trip with my parents. I think it must be very happy. I can hardly wait!

　　In the first six days of February, I’m going to visit my relatives. It’s going to be fun! After a few days, I’m going to finish my homework, because I am going back to my school on February 16th.

　　nowadays the newspaper possesses considerable value everybody should read it. it supplies us with a variety of news every day. it tells us the political situation of the world. if we form the habit of reading the newspaper, we shall (will) get enough knowledge to cope with our circumstances.

　　現今報紙擁有極大的價值，人人都應該看它。它每天提供我們各種類類的消息。它告訴我們世界政治局勢。如果我們養成看報的習慣，我們就能得到足夠的知識來因應我們的環境。學生雖然每天須做功課，但他們至少應該勻出一兩個小時來看報。哪些，他們不但能增加知識而且也能趕上時代。總而言之，看報對學生很有益處。

　　a model student 模范學生

　　do you mind being called a bad student? of course not. so far as i know, everybody intends to be (become) a model student.

　　however, to be a model student is by no means an easy thing. first, he must do his best to obtain knowledge. a man without sufficient knowledge will not succeed. secondly, he must remember to improve his health. only a strong man can do great tasks. thirdly, he should receive moral education. if his conduct is not good, no one will consider making friends with him.

　　你價意被稱為壞學生嗎？當然不。就我所知，每個人都打算做模范學生。

　　然而，做模范學生卻不容易。第一，他必須盡力獲得知識（求知）。一個沒有足夠知識的人是不會成功的。第二，他必須記住促進健康。只有強壯的人才能做大事。第三，他應該接受道德教育。如果他品行不好，沒有人會考慮和他交朋友的。

　　how to get happiness 如何獲得快樂

　　there is no doubt that happiness is the most precious thing in the world. without it, life will be empty and meaningless. if you wish to know how to get happiness, you must pay attention to the following two points.

　　first, health is the secret of happiness (the key to happiness). only a strong man can enjoy the pleasure of life.

　　secondly, happiness consists in contentment. a man who is dissatisfied with his present condition is always in distress.

　　無疑的快樂是世界上最寶貴的東西。沒有它，人生將是空虛的而且毫無意義的。如果你希望知道如何獲得快樂，你須注意下面兩點。

　　健康是快樂的要訣。唯有身體強壯的人才能享受人生的樂趣。

　　快樂在于知足。一個不滿于現狀的人終是處在痛苦之中。

　　my daily life 我的日常生活

　　though my daily life is extremely monotonous, i try hard to adapt myself to it. why? because i intend to be a good student. i wish to render service to my country.

　　i get up at six o’clock every day. after i wash my face and brush my teeth, i begin to review my lessons. i go to school at seven o’clock.

　　after school is over, i return home. we usually have supper at seven o’clock.

　　then i begin to do my homework. i want to finish it before i go to bed.

　　雖然我的日常生活十分單調，但我卻竭力設法去適應它。為什么？因為我打算做一個好學生，希望將來為國家服務。

　　我每天六點起床、洗臉刷牙后，就開始復習功課，七點鐘我就去上學。

　　放學后，我就回家了。我們通常在七點鐘吃晚餐，之后我就開始做家庭作業，希望在睡覺前把它做完。

　　世界人口已突60億大關，人口問題將是今后最大的挑戰。現在地球已變得十分擁擠，幾十年后也許只剩下站立的地方了。我國推行的計劃生育這一基本國策是一個解決人口問題，控制人口增長的'好辦法。由于推行了這項國策，國家會發展得更快，人們生活也會有很大的提高…

　　the population of the world has already passed six billion. the population problem may be the greatest challenge of the world today. the earth has been very crowded and there will be standing room only before long.

　　china’s one child policy is a good way to solve this problem and stop the population from growing so fast. it also can help our country develop quickly then people’s standard of living will become higher and higher.

　　at the same time a lot of other problems will be done with, such as employment problems, food problems, water problems and so on…so i think it is necessary for china to carry out this policy.

　　忙完了一個學期，剛開始停下來還有點不太適應。在平時工作時，每天都和學生相處在一起，雖然他們也會調皮，也會惹我生氣，但離開他們太久，心里還是惦念著他們還在想著他們在來期來時是不是會更聽話了，是不是比以前有進步了等等。

　　回家已經有好幾天了，在這幾天里，我也在想這個寒假我將如何度過了，是向往年那樣呆在家里看電視，或是到同學家里串串門子還是做點其他的。但一想起這些，就想起了剛放假時校長給我們布置的寒假作業，可能在別人看來很奇怪吧，校長怎么還會布置寒假作業，老師怎么還會像學生那樣有寒假作業了，其實校長是讓我們在寒假里多看書，多學習，為來期做好準備。其實這樣也挺好的，讓我們以后的工作制定目標，為了將明年的工作做得更好。現在每天在家里看看書，練練字，也感覺自己的寒假生活挺充實的。

　　同學聚會

　　自從放假以后，天天都是下著綿綿細細雨，今天終于放晴了，看著這樣的好天氣心里特別高興，同時還有就是今天是我們高中同學相聚的日子。

　　早上，吃完早餐我早早地就從家里出發了，朝著目的地我們的母校走去。一路上，思緒萬千，想象著同學們的變化以及見面以后會出現什么樣的情景呢等等。時間不知不覺過去了，終于來到了我們的母校。一走進校園，以前的景象歷歷在目，頓時心底涌上了一種親切感，同時也發現我們的母校發生了很大的變化。首先是教學樓披上了新裝，粉刷一新，還有就是食堂的改變，圖書館的建成等等，這些都是我們離開后才出現的。走在校園的林蔭道上，仔細回想以前的讀書生活，還真的別有一番滋味。這時只見小道上稀稀疏走著幾個補課的學生，他們行色匆匆，現在時間對他們來說太寶貴了。沿著林蔭小道，我來到了我們聚會的地點——以前讀書的教室，這時已經有好幾個同學到了，我加快腳步，大聲地喊著她們的名字，這時自然有一番問候了，而且每個人臉上的驚喜之情都表露無疑。接下來在大家的笑聲中同學們陸陸續續地都來了，在一片問候聲后我們朝著下一個目的地走去——老師的家。我們的班主任依然如當年一樣，說話特別幽默，風趣。在接下去的時間就是大家聚餐，娛樂……

　　這一天在一片歡笑聲中結束了，同學聚會真好！

　　寒假生活三

　　練字

　　自從讀書以來，我印象最深的事就是幾乎我的每個語文老師都要求我們把字寫好，要求我們練字。那時雖然聽老師說，但并未堅持下來，只是偶爾練一練，現在看著自己的字還真的有點后悔當初浪費了太多的時間，沒有把字練好。正好今年放寒假時學校校長給我們布置寒假作業，我想就利用寒假時間來練一練字吧。

　　但是堅持三天后，每天練兩頁，到了第四天，心就有點癢了，想想還是算了吧，反正一下子字也不會寫好的，但另一個聲音又在耳邊想起，要堅持，不要輕言放棄呀。最后經過矛盾的爭扎，我還是堅持了下來。尤其是當我碰到不順心的事情時，我就拿出紙和筆，安靜的練起字來，結果什么煩心事都沒了。現在練字已經成為我生活的一種習慣，如里哪天不練倒覺得好像還有一件事情沒完成。經過自己的努力，現在我的字有了一定的進步，今后我還將繼續堅持下去。
