我垂頭喪氣的坐在公園的長(zhǎng)椅上，自己總結(jié)這幾次摔倒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。如果快要摔倒的時(shí)候，盡量讓身體向前弓著，雙腳叉開(kāi)呈倒八字，手要自然擺動(dòng)，盡量讓旱冰鞋和地面接觸，重心集中在腳上……想到這里我又站起來(lái)，按照自己總結(jié)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)開(kāi)始劃了起來(lái)。說(shuō)來(lái)也怪，速度竟比原來(lái)快了許多。當(dāng)我能順利的劃起來(lái)時(shí)我劃得飛快，心中高興的比吃了蜜還甜。正當(dāng)我得意忘形一躍而起時(shí)，卻摔了嘴啃泥，真是樂(lè)極生悲呀!經(jīng)過(guò)幾次摔跤，我終于掌握了滑旱冰的.要領(lǐng)。
現(xiàn)在我的滑旱冰技術(shù)，已經(jīng)達(dá)到了滑得飛快也不摔跤的程度了。我不光學(xué)會(huì)了滑旱冰，更明白了“功夫不負(fù)有心人“這句話(huà)的道理。
