今天公公買了好多菜，我最喜歡吃的是糖醋黃瓜。

公公拿出兩根黃瓜先把皮刨掉，然后拿個碗把切好的.黃瓜放進碗里，接著拿了兩三瓣蒜頭，把皮剝掉，用刀切碎，也放進碗里，最后，加點醋，糖，麻油混合在一起均勻的攪拌。這樣一道美味的糖醋黃瓜就做好了。清脆，爽口味道好極了。

In the same pan, I put the tomatoes and cook until they become soft. Finally, I add the eggs back to the pan, mix them well with the tomatoes, and season with a bit of sugar and salt.
This simple dish not only tastes delicious but also brings back many happy memories of cooking with my family.

After that, I crack an egg into a bowl and whisk it. I heat some oil in a wok. When the oil is sizzling, I pour in the beaten egg and stir - fry it until its cooked and set aside. Next, I add the diced carrots, ham, and onions to the wok and stir - fry until they are fragrant. Finally, I put the cooled rice into the wok and mix it well with the other ingredients. I season it with a little salt and soy sauce.
The result is a plate of fried rice that is both delicious and satisfying. Every time I make it, I feel a great sense of accomplishment.
