　　霧霾是霧和霾的統(tǒng)稱。霾的意思是由空氣中的灰塵等顆粒物組成并造成視覺障礙的叫霾。當空氣濕度增大時，霾就會轉(zhuǎn)化為霧。霾與霧的區(qū)別在于發(fā)生霾時相對濕度不大，而霧中的相對濕度是飽和的。霧霾天氣其實就是一種大氣污染狀態(tài)。霧霾的源頭多種多樣，比如汽車尾氣、工業(yè)排放、建筑揚塵、垃圾焚燒，甚至火山噴發(fā)等等，霧霾天氣通常是多種污染源混合作用形成的。

　　霧霾天氣時，空中懸浮著大量的顆粒、粉塵、污染物、病毒等，一旦被人體吸入，就會刺激并破壞呼吸道黏膜，使鼻腔變得干燥，細菌進入呼吸道，容易造成上呼吸道感染及相關(guān)疾病。

　　霧霾天氣嚴重影響了人們?nèi)粘Ｉ�活和工作。霧霾天氣時盡量少開窗;外出要戴口罩;最好不出門或晨練;同時做好皮膚的清潔。

　　最重要的是空氣環(huán)境的治理。所以，我們今后外出盡量騎自行車或乘坐公交車，減少機動車尾氣排放，堅持低碳生活，為營造良好的環(huán)境做出我們的一份努力。

　　走在路上，只能看清楚自己身旁的東西，連對面高大的樓房都已經(jīng)模糊看不清了，轉(zhuǎn)頭卻突然看到了馬路上看不到盡頭的汽車，再看看這討厭的鬼天氣，我仿佛看到了工廠煙囪排放的滾滾黑煙，我仿佛看到了煙花散去后那滿天的煙塵，我仿佛看到了焚燒秸稈的漫天濃煙……

　　很多人可能沒有想過，這霧霾是怎么來的，有因必有果，當馬路上的車流量一日比一日多的時候，當鞭炮“噼噼啪啪”響起的時候，就注定了我們一定要吃這樣的苦果。看看春節(jié)期間，好容易這煙花量比往年少了一些，誰知這商家開業(yè)及元宵節(jié)放的鞭炮比春節(jié)都多，好一個火樹銀花不夜天，可是，這不夜天換回來的不僅是一次盛大的視覺宴會，更多的是一次又一次的霧霾天氣，這飄逸在空氣中的細小顆粒物，一般的口罩根本抵擋不住，只會給人們帶來一次又一次的傷害。

　　汽車尾氣、重金屬、危險化學(xué)品、電子廢物、土壤等引發(fā)的環(huán)境問題已經(jīng)威脅人體健康和公共安全，讓我們行動起來，從我做起，為保護我們的家園做出貢獻!
