I suggest that you shouldn’t give up English, because English is used in many countries as the first or second language. Most business letters are written in English. It is helpful for you to work in the future. If you don’t know English, you will fall behind others in future.

　　How can you learn English well? First, you should persevere. It’s true that English is sometimes really very difficult for us. But if you have a good method of learning, I think you will be good at it. Both English listening and speaking are the most difficult for almost every beginner. Sometimes, it seems impossible to learn. But I think if you do a lot of practice, you will make progress, you should speak more and listen more often. 　　下午好!我的演講題目是沙塵暴。

　　沙塵暴是我國北方地區春季日益頻繁發生的一種惡劣天氣。雖然我才13歲，但也經歷過多次了。

　　我想大家對上月發生的沙塵暴記憶猶新，它席卷了11個省，給我國造成了很大的損失。

　　正如您從電視上看到的，沙塵暴所到之處，狂風卷著黃沙和塵土肆劣橫行，有時候一些大樹都被從中間吹倒了。鳥兒失去他們的家園，孩子們也找不到回家的路，就像到了世界末日。

　　當沙塵暴發生時，我們的教室也充滿了沙塵。可憐的老師，盡管已飽受粉筆灰之苦，現在又不得不待在灰塵中。可憐的同學們，他們告訴我簡直都要窒息了!

　　我們熱愛美麗的春天，我們珍愛明媚的陽光。但是沙塵暴給這些蒙上了陰影，我們知道，沙塵暴是大自然母親對我們破壞生態劣行的懲罰。要重新看到蔚藍的天空和明媚的春光，我們必須綠化山川，保護環境。如果我們現在就開始，還不晚。

　　But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese...
