　　There are no two identical people exist in the world, but most successful people are similar in many ways. Good character is the foundation of success. Most of successful people are modest, diligent and creative etc. In my opinion, being confident, honest, and persevere are the three important keys to the door of success.

　　在這個世界上沒有完全相同的兩個人，但大多數成功人士在許多方面是相似的。良好的性格是成功的基礎。大多數成功人士都是謙虛,勤奮有創造性等等。在我看來,自信,誠實,和堅持是開啟成功大門的三條重要的鑰匙。

　　There is an old saying that confident is the first step to succeed. Suppose that a person is not confident, how he gets trust from others. A singer singing in the stage without nervous means he is confident. Public speakers express their opinions to others without tension which also means he is confident. Confidence offers people courage to overcome difficulties, what’s more, if people believe themselves, they may meet more opportunities that they had never thought about.

　　有句老話說,自信是成功的第一步。如果一個人不自信,他如何得到他人的信任。一個歌手在舞臺上唱歌沒有感到緊張意味著他有信心。在公共演講上表達自己的觀點而不緊張,也意味著他是自信的。自信給人們提供了克服困難的勇氣,更重要的是,如果人們相信自己,他們可能會遇到更多他們從來沒想過的機會,。

　　The second key helps people succeed is honesty. There is no denying that most of friendships are based on honesty and most of businesses are based on friendship. Honest people are easy to get others’ respect and people often prefer to cooperate with the honest ones rather than liars. It’s obvious that no one could tolerate a friend always tell lies. China have a famous story which is about a shepherd boy who wants to play farmers and lie to them a wolf is coming. After he lies to them twice, a wolf is really appears, when he asks them for help, no one believe him anymore.

　　第二個有助于成功的因素是誠實。無法否認大多數的友誼是建立于誠實的基礎上，而大多數的事業是基于友誼上的。 誠實的人很容易得到別人的尊重，人們往往喜歡跟那些老實的人而不是謊話連篇的人合作。很顯然，沒有人能容忍一個總是說謊的.朋友。中國有一個著名的關于一個牧童的故事，說的是他想戲弄農民就向他們撒謊說謊狼來了。他撒了兩次謊之后，狼真的出現了，但當他求助的時候，再沒有人相信他了。

　　Beside what I talk about above, I consider that perseverance is an essential personality to people who want to succeed. Everyone will meet problems, but not everyone could insist. In fact, perseverance is another attitude which belongs to optimistic. A famous saying is that difficulty is like a spring which weakens in face of a strong-willed but strengthens in face of a faint-hearted.  When people run into problems, as long as they persevere, they will be closed to success.

　　除了上面我所提到的，我認為毅力是想取得成功的重要性格。每個人都會遇到的問題，但并不是每個人都能堅持。事實上，毅力是另一種樂觀的態度是。有一句名言說的是，困難就像彈簧，你弱它就強。在人們遇到問題時，只要持之以恒，就會成功。

　　To conclusion, everyone has his personality. Kindhearted people make others feel warm, and humorous guys bring happiness to people; enthusiastic ones could easy be on good terms with others. Sometimes people’s personality decide who they are, even who they want to be.

　　總之，每個人都有自己的性格。善良的人讓人感到溫暖，幽默的人給人帶來開心；熱情的人可以很容易和別人好好的相處。有時候人的性格決定了他們是什么樣的人，甚至是他們想成為什么樣的人。

　　When doing the same thing, some people success but some fail. There must be many factors leading that result. In my view, the most important factor is the difference of confidence, determination and sociability are the foundation and condition of success.

　　做同樣的事情，有些人成功，有些人失敗。肯定有許多因素導致這樣的結果。在我看來，最重要的因素是人的信心，決心的差異以及社交能力是成功的基礎和條件。

　　First of all, no matter who want to success, they must have confidence, as confidence is the basic need for success. If someone always thinks he can’t do this or that well, then he can’t finish it well. For example, when a person is being interviewed, if he doesn’t believe he can do that job well, how can he act believable, so how can the interviewers trust his ability? Therefore, the interview is obviously a failure. However, if a person is confident, he can receive the opportunity to prepare for every challenge easily, which makes success become closer.

　　首先，無論誰想要成功，就必須有信心，因為信心是成功的基本條件。如果有人總是認為他不能把這個或那個做好，他肯定不能做好它。例如，當一個人在面試的時候，如果他不相信自己能做好這個工作，他如何能表現得自信，那么如何能使面試官相信他的能力呢？所以，那樣的面試肯定是失敗的。但是，如果一個人是有自信的，他可以輕易的迎接每一次挑戰的機會，這也會使成功更加接近。

　　In addition, confidence just the door for success, if someone wants to get into the house of success, determination is necessary. The determined meet difficulties always overcome it and insist to the end. On the other hand, if someone is not determined, he would give up when facing difficulty. For instance, when doing homework, the person who is not determined always can’t finish perfectly and even copy from others when he thinks that homework is hard to finish. However, the person who is determined always can finish it well, because he know what he really wants and he is able to carry on.

　　此外，信心只是成功之門，如果想取得成功，決心是必須的.。有決心的人遇到困難總能克服它，并堅持到最后。另一方面，如果一個沒有決心的人，遇到困難時他會放棄。例如，做作業的時候，沒有決心的人總是無法很好的完成作業甚至如果他覺得作業難以完成就會抄襲別人的。但是，有決心的人總是能很好地完成作業，因為他知道他真正想要的，并且能堅持下去。

　　The last but not least is that no one can do anything well by themselves, so they need help. At that time, sociable is helpful. It is well-known that success is hard to reach. Therefore, people need others to help them. A sociable person can get help easily, as he has so many friends. On the other side, a person is not good at communication, when he gets in trouble, maybe no one helps him. So we can see the importance of sociability to success.

　　最后但并非最不重要的是，沒有人可以靠自己做好所有的事情，所以他們需要幫助。這個時候，社交是很有幫助的。眾所周知，成功是很難取得的。因此，人們需要他人的幫助。一個善于交際的人可以輕易的得到幫助，因為他有很多朋友。另一方面，一個不善于社交的人，當他遇到麻煩時，也許沒有人會幫助他。所以我們可以看到社交對于成功的重要性。

　　In a word, there maybe not only confidence, determination, and sociability are essential to success, but I think they are the most important ones, for they are the foundation and condition of success.

　　總之，可能不僅僅信心，決心，和社交能力是成功的關鍵，但我認為它們是最重要的，因為他們是成功的基礎和條件。
