二生活垃圾要分類回收，以便再利用。號召人們愛護環境，并在一些衛生狀況較差的區域貼上醒目的警示標志。
三對空氣污染進行監督和治理，尤其是要對那些排量超標的煙囪限期整改。
在我們身邊還有許多人環保意識淡薄，真希望有更多人加入到環保行列當中，讓家鄉的環境變得越來越好。

透過這幅漫畫，透露出了人的無窮無盡的貪婪和欲望。借著這幅漫畫諷刺了人類，告誡人們要珍惜資源，保護環境!是的!雨果曾經說過，讓風沙不再猖狂，換地球一片綠色鋪墊!人類破壞了自然環境，也受到了應有的懲罰，沙塵暴，泥石流，干旱，洪水泛濫等數不清的自然災難接踵而來。造成了無數人的犧牲，是人類應受的。
