　　一、工作回顧

　　1、設(shè)備管理方面

　　在過去的一年里，各設(shè)備比較良好，并沒有因?yàn)樵O(shè)備的問題影響到較大的工作，在定期的檢修和保養(yǎng)下保證了設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，進(jìn)而確保了生產(chǎn)的穩(wěn)定。

　　2、人員管理方面

　　在每年的年初和年末，在人員變動(dòng)和產(chǎn)線員工極不穩(wěn)定的時(shí)候情況下，這無疑給生產(chǎn)管理帶了了極大的壓力，但在這壓力的推動(dòng)下本部門還是堅(jiān)持對新近員工的'崗前崗中培訓(xùn)，確保新進(jìn)員工的順利進(jìn)入崗位角色，做到基本勝任輪換崗位工作，在這我要感謝行政部對員工的教育和工程部的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和車間的各班長，的鼎力支持才始的我部門有了如今的良好局面。

　　3、安全生產(chǎn)方面

　　在過去的一年里，我部門將安全生產(chǎn)納入生產(chǎn)日常管理工作之中，隨時(shí)做到各車間員工的安全知識教育，監(jiān)督和排除各車間存在的安全隱患。確保了生產(chǎn)車間的有序運(yùn)行。全年度未發(fā)生較大的人體傷害和設(shè)備損壞事故。

　　二、從公司整體方面，我有以下幾點(diǎn)建議：

　　1、建立健全的工作質(zhì)量職責(zé)制度。對公司每個(gè)部門和員工都明確規(guī)定各部門和個(gè)人在工作中的具體任務(wù)、責(zé)任和權(quán)利，以便做到質(zhì)量工作事事有人管，層層、人人有專責(zé)，辦事有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，工作有檢查，這樣才可以把質(zhì)量有關(guān)的工作和廣大員工的積極性結(jié)合起來形成一個(gè)嚴(yán)密的控制體系。

　　2、因公司員工的流動(dòng)量大，個(gè)別的團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力和歸屬感補(bǔ)強(qiáng)，長期以來必將影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、工作效率，因此建議公司在企業(yè)文化和員工歸屬感和團(tuán)隊(duì)的凝聚力加強(qiáng)樹立與培訓(xùn)。

　　xx 年度工作規(guī)劃

　　1.加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐，繼續(xù)提高。

　　針對自己的崗位，重點(diǎn)是深入學(xué)習(xí)智能交通相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)及研發(fā)相關(guān)知識，提高解決問題的能力。

　　2.竭盡全力完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)

　　在生產(chǎn)過程中充分溝通，過程受控，在生產(chǎn)上更大的力度，牢記速度、完美的執(zhí)行，以健康愉快的心態(tài)積極主動(dòng)地完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)。

　　3.完善自身素質(zhì)。

　　新的一年，要毫不動(dòng)搖為成為一個(gè)品德好、素質(zhì)高、能力強(qiáng)、勤學(xué)習(xí)、善思考、會(huì)辦事的聰明人而努力。

　　工作保持長久的熱情和積極性，更需要有不待揚(yáng)鞭自奮蹄 ” 的精神。所以這今年來我一直堅(jiān)持做好自己能做好的事，一直做積累，一步一個(gè)腳印堅(jiān)定的向著我的目標(biāo)前行。

　　最后，我想說不管在哪里工作，做什么工作，態(tài)度和心態(tài)很重要，遇事把心放寬，才能更好的處理和解決面對的問題，從容的面對挑戰(zhàn)，不斷的去豐富充實(shí)自己，客觀的面對自己的不足，更好的去改進(jìn)，每個(gè)人都會(huì)有美好的明天!

　　在公司不斷的發(fā)展中，我的工作能力和個(gè)人能力都得到了很大的提高，這是我一直以來不斷的成長得到的成果，也和公司的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，同事幫助是分不開的，相信自己在以后的工作中一定會(huì)做到最好。公司的發(fā)展和自己的發(fā)展息息相關(guān)，這一點(diǎn)覺悟我還是有的，所以我會(huì)一直堅(jiān)持努力的工作下去，我相信我自己一定能夠順利的完成公司給我的工作。雖沒有轟轟烈烈的戰(zhàn)果，但也算經(jīng)歷了一段不平凡的考驗(yàn)和磨礪。

　　3、工作中做到積極主動(dòng)，團(tuán)結(jié)同事，結(jié)合不同的工作環(huán)境及個(gè)人脾氣、性格做好一線工作配合，使各種人際關(guān)系更加融洽和諧。
