　　二、日常生產質量的協調

　　在日常生產車間的質量控制雖然做了大量的工作，但仍出了不少問題，使得本年度客戶投訴達到了21次之多。新客戶，新工藝的要求與車間溝通做得良好的配合。在與采購部溝通合作的過程雖然還比較順利，但很被動，采購信息來源不夠，造成沒有物價競爭力。

　　三、客戶投訴的解決與回復

　　在今年隨著出貨量的增長和質量要求的加嚴后，客戶投訴的次數達到21次比****年減少2次。其中西施之問題是本年度最大的質量問題，其他雖大雖小的.問題都能有效去解決與回復了客人。但本人在解決這些問題過程中直接體現了以下幾點：溝通方法還不夠科學，跟蹤問題的力度不夠;公司有關部門的配合程度還不夠，時常被拖遲時間。

　　四、協助新產品的開發和產品及客觀性能測試。

　　在協助新產品開發的跟蹤及測試，本人及工程部的人員幾乎都能按時完成技術部交予的工程。由于沒有正確標準的技術指導書及設備的不精密，使得工程部在本工作不足的主要因素。觀上****年度的工作情況，展望新的一年，本人力爭20xx年度做好以下之：

　　1、樣品工作有效及時地完成率要達90%，產品檢測與標準一致的準確率達98%。

　　2、1-5月份請技術部協助完成一套標準的檢驗技術指書。

　　3、力爭4月中旬完成對所有鍋類內線長度的規范和縮短標準化。

　　4、加強質量的力度，同時大力從材料方面去挖掘降低成本。
