2、你為什么會來本公司應聘？應聘者在面試前一般應多準備幾個原因，但原因最好簡短而切合實際。為了表明應聘的原因和工作意愿，回答的答案最好是能與應聘公司的產品和企業相關的，最好不要回答因為將來有發展空間，因為安定等答案，要表現出充分研究過企業的樣子。
3、你對本公司了解多少？這是一個測試應聘者對公司的興趣及進公司工作的意愿有多少的問題，只要回答出一部分公司簡介內容及招聘人事的廣告內容就行。這就要求應聘者在面試前要充分了解公司的基本情況，簡介、歷史、產品、企業文化等，可以通過網站、海報等方式進行了解。
4、你認為這個行業的現況怎么樣？這個問題主要是了解求職者對產業現況的理解及展望。針對無經驗者，是試探他對本工作的意愿與關心程度。由于是剛從學校畢業，對這方面的知識也僅停留在書本上，不必在人事經理面前裝內行，也沒有必要陳述什么獨創的見解，你只要能傳遞正確和真實的意見就行了。這就要求應聘者一定要對投簡歷的單位以及所在的行業信息都要有所了解，要選擇自己喜歡的行業，和自己所學的知識有聯系的企業，不要盲目的亂投簡歷，到最后自己都不知道是哪家，曾經有個應聘者一個晚上通過網絡投了120多家單位，結果三天沒有消息，她大失所望，和我說再也不想找工作。
5、你的職業生涯是如何設計的？對這個問題，我們主要考察的是應聘者的穩定性問題，我們也不想招一個員工，不到三個月或者半年就跳槽，這樣對企業的發展是很不利的。有的人會說，我現在沒有工作，想找個臨時工作先做，以后再說；有的會說，我剛出來，沒有經驗，等我一年下來，我可以找到更好的單位；還有的會說。這樣的說法都是不可取的，我們不喜歡頻頻跳槽的員工，不喜歡不安分工作的員工。你要表明來公司的目的是為了學技術、積累經驗、以便將來更好的為企業的發展作貢獻
6、你為什么要找這樣一個職位？如果問到這個問題，這是對方想要了解，你是否屬于那種無論在什么公司，只要有活干就行的人。果真如此，他就不會對你感興趣。用人單位想找的是能解決工作中問題的人，這樣的人工作起來更努力，更有效率。所以，你可以這樣回答：“我花了很多時間來設計自己的職業生涯，我認為這方面的工作適合我，原因是這項工作要求的許多問題都是我所愛好的，也是我的所長�！�
7、你能否接受加班？這是在考察你的“工作熱忱”度而問的。作為年輕人，應該表現出對工作的極度重視和高度的工作熱忱。當然無理的加班不一定就是好的，最好回答“如果是在自己責任范圍內，也不能算是加班”之類的話。
8、你希望的待遇是什么？針對待遇問題，以清楚明確答復最佳。在回答這個問題之前你一定要弄清楚企業的一些基本情況，如：企業的性質，是民營、外企、國企，還是臺資、韓資、歐美企業、非歐美等情況，大家知道不同性質的.企業的工資標準是不一樣的；企業所在的行業，是IT、電信、化工、房地產、商業等，不同的行業的薪資標準也是不一樣的；企業的規模，大型、中型、小型，這個比較明顯，不同類型的企業工資是不一樣的；企業的福利待遇，這個問題一定要問清楚，除了工資以外的福利有哪些，象住宿、吃飯、保險、補貼等都要有明確的答復，在了解了上述問題后，你要知道所應聘的崗位市場平均工資標準是多少，這就要求大家對所應聘的崗位有充分的了解，這些都可以從相關的網站上找到現成的資料，然后再根據個人年齡、經驗、能力等客觀資料，提出合理的數字，但附帶說明提高待遇的理由很必要的。這也是評價應聘者的能力及經驗和展示自信的好機會。有一點需要提醒，當你開出的薪酬條件超出了面試者的預算，但他們如果對你的能力感到滿意，他們可能會問你：“你的薪酬要求我們暫時無法滿足，如果先給你xx（公司所能提供的薪酬），你是否能接受？”如果你表示接受，那么恭喜你，你十有八九已經得到了這份工作。
9、你有哪些優點？這是為了了解求職者如何客觀分析自己，并測試求職者的表達能力和組織能力的。應避免抽象的陳述，而以具體的體驗增添吸引力。除了陳述自己的優點以外，還要注意說話的禮貌，這也會列入評分的項目內，最好加入“朋友們曾這樣說�！钡戎車藢ψ约旱目捶�。
10、你認為你自己有什么缺點？許多應聘者把自己的缺點說得模棱兩可，希望人家會看作是你的優點。例如回答說：“我性子急。”希望主考人認為你干勁十足，這類話主考人早聽膩了。你應該正視自己的缺點，以你的誠實和你的勇氣，來贏得考官的認同和欣賞。
11、談談你的人際關系經驗？這是想考察你的應對能力及決斷能力。你可以圍繞下面的問題從側面來回答：“遇到與朋友沖突的時候，你是怎么處理的？”、“與別人意見相沖突的時候，你會用什么方式讓別人接受你的意見？”。每一個公司需要的不是力爭到底的堅持，而是需要更進一步地搜集資料，透過人際關系來積聚力量，找尋正確的工作決策和方法。
12、你什么時候可以來上班？大多數企業會關心就職時間，最好是回答：如果被錄用的話，到職日可按公司規定上班。但如果還有一些私人的問題還沒有處理完畢，按時上班會有些困難，應進一步說明原因，公司一般會通融的。
13、你還有什么問題嗎？假如你笑笑說“沒有”（心里想著終于結束了，長長地吐了口氣），那才是犯了一個大錯誤。這往往被理解為你對該公司、對這份工作沒有太深厚的興趣。回答這個問題時，你可以以一些側面的問題來試探一下考官，推斷一下自己入圍有幾成希望在去之前把這些都搞清楚了準備好自己該怎么應答應該沒問題了一些公司都是這么問的但是領場發揮是必要的
