　　一、求職信的格式、用詞和禮節(jié)

　　求職信是有目的地針對(duì)不同用人單位的一種書面自我介紹，通常一頁長(zhǎng)，書寫一般以商業(yè)格式為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，分開頭，中間和結(jié)尾三部分。首尾部份應(yīng)注意禮貌，通常信的開始要先做自我介紹，如：姓名、學(xué)校、所學(xué)專業(yè)等。中間部分是正文，是求職信的核心，形式多種多樣，一般為自我條件展示、工作展望等內(nèi)容。先是你寫求職信的目的是什么，目標(biāo)是什么？是想獲得一個(gè)什么樣的具體的職務(wù)；其次寫自己對(duì)從事此工作感興趣的原因、愿意到該單位工作的愿望和自己具有的資格；接著寫出或推銷出你的優(yōu)勢(shì)或長(zhǎng)處，即你的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力；然后談你為什么想為此機(jī)構(gòu)或公司服務(wù)？ 你對(duì)他們的`了解有多少？關(guān)于他們的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)、任務(wù)、企業(yè)文化、目標(biāo)、宗旨等一切與你自己的背景、價(jià)值觀和目標(biāo)相關(guān)聯(lián)的東西。在結(jié)尾處建議下一步的行動(dòng)，聯(lián)絡(luò)地點(diǎn)、聯(lián)絡(luò)方式，以及最后的感謝語等。這三部分的內(nèi)容一般占三或四段，可以發(fā)揮創(chuàng)意的空間非常的大，不必死守規(guī)則，可靈活運(yùn)用。求職信應(yīng)與履歷分開，有話則長(zhǎng)，無話則短，沒有必要把簡(jiǎn)歷的內(nèi)容重復(fù)一遍。英文求職信的模式與中文求職信格式相同。
