　　一、英文簡歷的種類

　　1、中式英文簡歷

　　中式簡歷中，常常包括政治面貌、性格及身高體重等信息。如果中英文簡歷一起遞交，建議中文簡歷中不寫政治面貌。因為如果去外企工作，背景中的政治色彩越少越好，起碼沒有必要讓老外知道。性格是主觀的東西，有經驗的招聘人員從來不相信任何人寫自己的性格，因為它不是硬性的東西，不象學歷、技能。有些人如果認為公司要招聘一個比較活躍一點的，便會在簡歷中寫性格開朗。有的是真的.相信自己性格開朗，有的是覺得寫上更好，其實沒必要。

　　2、港式英文簡歷

　　香港出版的簡歷書寫技巧書籍中都要求年齡、婚否、報紙的招聘廣告中還要求求職者寫上工資現狀及預期工資，這些都屬于隱私問題，美式簡歷則不要求提供這些信息。

　　3、英式英文簡歷

　　很接近港式，但個人資料沒有港式說得那么多，篇幅長但不詳細，我們這里不做過多評論。

　　1、招聘人員怎樣鑒別簡歷？

　　好簡歷當然會被保留，如果背景又恰好是公司急需的，可能馬上就會約見求職者，不好的簡歷就會被扔掉，事實上，不好的簡歷就會被扔掉，事實上，連看都不看，任何一個知名的大公司，每天都有成百上千人遞簡歷。如果寫得太差，根本就不值得保留，因為這些公司認為，一個人連自己的簡歷都寫不好，將來進了公司，對行文質量不夠；對內說件事情也不清楚，公司不需要這樣的人，大家經常說大公司的人訓練有素，實際上這也是其中一方面，即使不進大公司，簡歷寫得不好，也會顯得不懂基本格式，沒有智慧。

　　第一，您對招聘人員的工作性質還不了解。假設您是司機，經常走北京那么多胡同，自然就記住了，而一般人都覺得很難記。

　　第二，說明你對行文格式，專業寫作形象還不熟悉。美國很多職位很高的大老板，在看下屬寫東西時，一點點小錯，哪怕只是換了一種字體，漏了一個逗號，多了一個空格都能及時指出來。說明他們眼很尖速度很快。另外，寫的內容千萬不要多，而且要控制在一頁紙內。

　　3、簡歷中的任何字句，都有可能成為面試中的話題。

　　切記：只寫有把握的，沒有把握的不要寫，要實事求是，千萬不要夸張，外資公司是最忌諱撒謊的，一旦讓他覺得你在撒謊，你就完全失去了進入這個公司的資格，比如說，你在簡歷中寫了你會講日語，實際上卻只學過一點皮毛，那就得小心碰上懂日文的老外，雖然不一定會說中文，但會一兩門外語的人大有人在，所以還是謹慎為妙。
