　　自薦信屬于求職信的一種。

　　好的英文求職信和英文簡歷是進入大企業特別是外企的“敲門磚”。因此，如何寫好應聘的求職簡歷就顯得尤為重要。

　　英文求職信的一般由五個組成部分：寫信動機、自我介紹、能力（技能）介紹、結尾和附件。

　　寫信動機：

　　通常求職信是針對報紙上、網上的或是其他途徑的招聘廣告而寫的。因此，信中須首先提到時在何月何日的什么報紙上看到的信息、在什么網絡平臺看到的招聘廣告，又或是是由朋友或介紹所介紹的等等。當然，有時寫信人不知某機構、公司有工作機會，只是毛遂自薦，那么也需說明寫求職信的緣由和目的。此外，需開門見山的點明應聘的職位或是希望承擔的職務

　　自我介紹：

　　此部分應述明自己的年齡或出生年月、教育背景，尤其與應征職位有關的訓練或教育科目、工作經驗或特殊技能。如無實際經驗，略述在學類似經驗亦可。

　　能力（技能）介紹：

　　如果缺乏工作經歷，可以將社會工作細節放在工作經歷中，這樣會填補工作經驗少的缺陷。例如，在做團支書、學生會主席等社會工作時組織過什么活動，聯系過什么事，參與過什么都可以一一羅列。

　　結尾：

　　求職信的結尾，應注意表達，珍惜工作機會和如果得到職位后將不遺余力的表現決心，希望招聘單位給予自己施展才華的'機會等。此外，不要忘了注明正熱切盼望對方的回復。

　　附件：

　　畢業證書、資格證書、獲獎證明應列好表單，附于求職信后。

　　格式與態度:

　　寫英文求職信，開頭寫每段第一句話時，要頂格寫，一定不要空兩格。這點很重要，請你注意;不要用開玩笑的口吻與對方套近乎，要嚴肅，認真地寫。這能使對方感覺你很重視這件事情;簡短介紹自己的專業與才能。重點寫清楚你的能力可以滿足對方公司的需要。

　　個人資料:

　　寫英文求職信時，寫信人應述明自己的年齡或出生年月，教育背景，尤其是和應征的職位有關的訓練或教育科目、工作經驗或特殊的技能；如無實際經驗，告知對方你正在學習經驗!

　　推薦自我:

　　寫英文求職信結尾時，需重點注意:不要等對方先打電話聯系你，你應該在英文求職信中明確寫出，你會在此期間打電話約對方見面，并告對方知具體聯系時間;還要寫明，在見面之前，若對方有什么問題需要了解的，可發email或打電話聯系你。并寫清楚你的聯系方式。最后，再一次寫明感謝他們抽時間看你的個人簡歷，求職信。并感謝他們考慮你的應聘。

　　寫英文求職信要點:
