　　every morning i take the subway to school. when i get on the train, i hear the voice from the loudspeaker always announcing the wrong stations name. this is too bad, i have to count the stations or look out of the train window so that i know where to get off. but sometimes i cant see the stations name on the sign at the platform because the train is too crowded. so it is difficult for me to know where i am.to make matters worse, when the same thing happens to foreigners or people from outside beijing, they always get off at the wrong station and lose their way. the subway does make life more convenient for us; it is fast and easy to take.

　　二、實習單位簡介

　　三、實習內容及過程

　　實習內容主要包括聽課、備課、試講、答疑及批改作業四部分。在本次實習

　　中，根據初中生英語學習的情況，結合自己的專業知識，認真鉆研所實習學科的教學大綱,新課程標準和課程內容，聽取原任課教師講課并認真做好聽課和評議的記錄、在指導教師指點下，進行備課并嘗試性講課，同時，幫助老師批改作業，回答學生問題。

　　四、實習總結及體會

　　大學生活即將結束，我也即將步入社會。為了給將來打下堅實的基礎，今年的3月1日，懷著期盼和喜悅的心情，我來到了自己的母校，開始了為期七周的實習生活。

　　七周的實習生活，讓我嘗到了身為一名教師的甜酸苦辣，更讓我體會到一名教師肩負的責任。在這幾十天里，作為一名實習教師，我一直以教師身份嚴格要求自己，處處注意言行和儀表，熱心愛護實習學校和班級的學生，本著對學生負責的態度盡全力做好班主任工作;同時，作為實習生的一員，我一直緊記實習守則，遵守實習學校的規章制度，尊重實習學校的領導和老師，虛心聽取他們的意見，并和隊友們團結協作，完成實習學校布置的任務。下面就我的實習工作情況進行詳細總結：

　　1.聽課

　　聽課是教師的一項必不可少的、經常性的職責與任務。聽課有利于教學者之間相互學習，相互取長補短，共同提高，共同前進，有利于轉變教學思想，更新教學觀念，提高教學水平，提高教學質量。在試講前的聽課，是必不可少的一個過程。在此過程中，可以了解到什么樣的教學形式，教學風格利于學生吸收。在實習期間，我就初一、初二、初三有選擇性的聽了五位老師共五堂課。在聽課的過程中，我讓自己進入到“學生”的角色，從學生角度，按學生水平去聽課，并思考如果我就是學生那種認識能力和理解能力，我能否聽得懂，學得會。站在學生的立場去理解課堂。同時，我也讓自己進入到“教學者”的角色，思考，如果讓我來上一堂課，我該怎么做。將講課者的教法與自己的構思進行比較，從中找到自己欠缺之處。從這些老師的課堂中，我了解到了目前英語教科書的形式與特色，學生的基本情況，各個老師的教學風格特色，為自己的試講做好準備。

　　2．備課

　　充分備課是上好課的前提，提高課堂教學質量和效果，首先要抓好備課這一環。教學實踐表明，教師在備課上所花工夫的多少直接影響授課的質量。備課作為教師課前準備的過程，亦是教師提高知識水平和教學能力、總結教學經驗的過程。在備課之前，我請教了辦公室的幾位老師如何備課，并學習了他們的備課記錄本。之后，我仔細思考了教科書的'組織，在腦中構思一堂課的過程，初步完成了我的教案。在我的指導老師看過之后，我們一起改進了其中較為欠缺之處。我的第一份教案在經過多次修改之后終于通過。此后我又寫過五份教案，每份教案都經指導老師檢查后我才運用到實際教學中。

　　我深切體驗到設計教案是一件很辛苦的事，耗體力也耗腦力，同時也是一件頗藝術的工作。經過良久的冥思苦想，忽然頭腦開竅，一個思路出來了，一個問題解決了，那種成就感、興奮感是不言而喻的。

　　3.試講

　　我一共進行了兩次試講，每次大約20分鐘。第一次試講講的是課本內容，，另一次使講解課后作業。3月22日，我在初一六班進行了一次試講。上課內容是Starter Unit4：what’s this in English?由于第一次上課沒有太多經驗，我在教學風格上部分模仿了我的指導老師，此外也添加一些自己的內容。比如，為了吸引學生的興趣，我將簡筆畫與口語練習相結合，并以此復習學生們已經學過的單詞。我的第一次試講取得了較好的效果，指導老師也給予了肯定。當然，還是存在一些不足，比如，由于緊張，我犯了一個口頭錯誤，在讓學生做練習的時候少加了一句重要的句型。在課堂后，我在教室后面檢查板書，發現板書格式不太規范。在與指導老師以及其他幾位聽課老師交流后，我將自己的優缺點都記下，為下次講課做改進。
