　　一、背格式

　　小作文重格式的特點要求考生們在格式上不能犯錯，熟悉一些應用文的格式和英文中應用文的表達習慣。句子無誤是小作文得高分的第一步。

　　1、稱呼格式

　　1)對陌生的團體負責人的稱謂：Dear Madam or Dear Sir

　　2)用于對認識但是關系很正式的個人、組織或團體負責人的稱謂：Dear Ms.... or Dear Mr. ...

　　3)用于對關系親密的人的稱謂：Dear Tom/Lucy (or any other name)

　　2、正文格式

　　縮進式: 段落之間無空行，每段開頭空四個字母。

　　三、布局

　　小作文的布局上一般可以分為三段展開。

　　小作文對于大作文來說更為簡短，題材都集中在日常生活中使用頻率較大的實用性文體，書信和通知。其中書信包括10種：建議信，咨詢信，投訴信，道歉信、感謝信、祝賀信，推薦信，求職信，申請信和邀請信等。那我們如何準備呢？根據考試大綱我們總結出四點要求：格式正確，語域恰當，語言準確，內容完整。下面我們就分別闡述一下怎么才能做到這幾點要求。

　　格式正確包括三部分，稱呼，正文以及署名問候。

　　其中稱呼是可以在題干中找到的，但是他存在以下幾種情況，第一種是知道收件人的姓名，比如Dear Bob，第二種是不知道收件人的姓名那我們就用統一的Dear Sir or Madam，最后一種是知道收件人的職位，Dear Professor，正文，我們可以采取縮進式和我們平時書寫是一樣的，結尾就是問候：Yours sincerely，特別提醒sincerely后面逗號不能丟署名：Li Ming，特別注意Li Ming后面一定不能出現句點。只要仔細認真的我們，這部分對我們來說是不難的。語域恰當就是要求我們用正式的語氣，在文章中盡量不要出現祈使句，疑問句，還有縮寫等。

　　語言準確就是要求我們語法準確，單詞拼寫正確，標點正確。

　　因此這就需要考生充分利用考試時間，在書寫完畢之后，避免就置之不理，一定要進行檢查，防止出現一些基本的語法錯誤和單詞拼寫錯誤，影響整篇文章的'質量而被扣分。在此建議大家在寫完之后至少要留出兩三分鐘的時間把文章通讀一遍，進行要的語法修改。

　　最后一點也是非常難做到的一點就是內容的完整。
