　　As food is to the body， so is learning to the mind。 Our bodies grow and muscles develop with the intake of adequate nutritious food。 Likewise， we should keep learning day by day to maintain our keen mental power and expand our intellectual capacity。 Constant learning supplies us with inexhaustible fuel for driving us to sharpen our power of reasoning， analysis， and judgment。 Learning incessantly is the surest way to keep pace with the times in the information age， and an infallible warrant of success in times of uncertainty。

　　Once learning stops， vegetation sets in。 It is a common fallacy to regard school as the only workshop for the acquisition of knowledge。 On the contrary， learning should be a never-ending process， from the cradle to the grave。 With the world ever changing so fast， the cease from learning for just a few days will make a person lag behind。 What's worse， the animalistic instinct dormant deep in our subconsciousness will come to life， weakening our will to pursue our noble ideal， sapping our determination to sweep away obstacles to our success and strangling our desire for the refinement of our character。 Lack of learning will inevitably lead to the stagnation of the mind， or even worse， its fossilization， Therefore， to stay mentally young， we have to take learning as a lifelong career。

　　The Moon Festival, always celebrated on August 15 of the lunar calendar, is one of the most traditional of Chinese holiday. It is several hundred years old and many beautiful tales about it have been handed down from generation to generation.

　　On this day we eat a special kind of pastry called Moon Cake--it represents the moon and also means family reunion. It has long been a practice in our family to get together for a small moonlight party at the New Park on the evening of August 15.

　　Cousins and some friends sometimes join us. Sitting or lying on the soft grass, some of us chat happily and others listen to music. And amidst shouts and laughter of children chasing around excitedly, I sit quietly at a corner watching the bright, beautiful moon.

Such a behavior has been criticized by the public, because the leaving note will damage the preservation of the tourist site. Most of the tourist sites are part of our country’s historical relics, these sites are priceless, it is everyone’s duty to protect the sites. When we go to travel, we should behave ourselves. First, we need to have the idea that no rubbish being leaved behind when we leave the site. We should take away what we bring, keep the environment clean. Second, no any notes being written in the sites. Though in the old days, Chinese workers like to leave their names on the sites, but now it is a new world, we need to behave ourselves.

　　當節假日到來的時候，成千上百的人聚集在旅游景點，他們想要放松，享受美麗的風景。但是中國人有一個壞習慣，他們喜歡在景點留下一些記號，證明曾經在此旅游。這樣的行為遭到了大眾的批評，因為留下的記號會破壞景點的保存。大部分景點是國內的歷史文物，是無價的，保護文物是每一個人的`責任。當文明旅游時候，應該要規范自己的行為。第一，文明需要有這樣的觀念，當我們離開景點時，不能留下垃圾，拿走帶來的一切。第二，不在景點留下記號。雖然在古代，中國的文人喜歡留下他們的名字，但是現在是新時代，我們要規范自己的行為。
