　　Nowadays, students attach little importance to the study of Chinese.

　　There are three reasons contributing to this phenomenon. First of all, the importance of English has been over-stressed by the society as globalization has made the whole world a village and English has become the dominant language in the world. Our attention has been drawn to the learning of English, and thus the study of Chinese has been neglected. Besides, colleges have encouraged students to spend more time on the study of English; while on the contrary, on campus we seldom have Chinese classes. Limited concern has been put on the learning of Chinese. What's more, it is natural to neglect the study of Chinese due to the wrong impression that as native speakers, we all have a good command of Chinese. This phenomenon will do harm to the development of our culture in the long run.

　　Measures should be taken to improve the situation. To begin with, government should pay more attention to the promotion of Chinese culture so that people, young and old, can learn more and be proud of our own language. 　　星期六上午，岳銘揚(yáng)邀請(qǐng)馮宇川、羅勝吉、吳士瀟、王子晗、我參加他的生日聚會(huì)，我們約定在早上八點(diǎn)半在大地加油站集合。

　　一大早，我吃完飯，與媽媽下樓拿上籃球與生日禮物去了我們約定的地點(diǎn)，在車上，我期盼著與同學(xué)見面。不一會(huì)兒，媽媽開車就到了大地加油站，嗯？怎么一個(gè)人也沒有，我有些奇怪，我向四周望去，只見一輛桑塔納20xx里坐著我的同學(xué)——王子晗，我著急地下車與他見面，說話的'工夫，只見馮宇川騎著自行車來了，我欣喜若狂，之后，我去了車上拿好禮物和籃球，與媽媽說了再見，

　　和同學(xué)一起去了岳銘揚(yáng)家，在半路上，我碰上了岳銘揚(yáng)與吳士瀟，他倆騎著自行車去找羅勝吉了

　　我們到了岳銘揚(yáng)家，先看了看送給岳銘揚(yáng)的禮物，然后我們又去他的臥室，打開電腦玩兒了會(huì)兒，我們又一人吃了一個(gè)橘子和一塊口香糖。岳銘揚(yáng)的媽媽回來了，我們又去打了籃球，我與岳銘揚(yáng)和羅勝吉一伙VS吳士瀟、王子晗、馮宇川，結(jié)果我們戰(zhàn)勝了他們，最終比分是5比2，大家打完籃球都渴了，所以我們又回到了岳銘揚(yáng)的家。

　　我們要打撲克，然后阿姨又給了我們四副撲克，打保皇，保皇是五個(gè)人打，所以要去一個(gè)人，最后決定羅勝吉不打，打了幾把撲克，又看了會(huì)兒電視，飯也好了，我們吃了香噴噴的飯菜，分別有：涼拌豆腐皮、京醬肉絲、炒土豆絲、拔絲地瓜、炸肉、牛肉、西紅柿炒雞蛋

　　下午，我們吃了蛋糕，蛋糕是王子晗送的，是十六寸的，上面有草莓、黃桃、菠蘿、椰果。我們又去了體育場(chǎng)打了會(huì)兒籃球，然后我們又在小池塘砸了冰。

　　好時(shí)光總是會(huì)匆匆流走，下午三點(diǎn)十五我還要去張店學(xué)英語(yǔ)，不一會(huì)兒爸爸媽媽就來接我們了。

　　抄寫英文單字是一種樂趣，背英文單字卻也是一種腦力激蕩。老師每天節(jié)錄網(wǎng)路英語(yǔ)教學(xué)節(jié)目的單字，給大家謄寫在練習(xí)本中，接著就要到小老師那邊背讀昨天抄寫的英文單字。雖然它也算是回家功課之一，但是這樣的一個(gè)方式能養(yǎng)成思考的觀念，因?yàn)閷?duì)我這位英文程度稍差的學(xué)生而言，當(dāng)你在背單字的時(shí)候，常常因?yàn)橥浂?背不出來，這時(shí)你的大腦就會(huì)開始思考這個(gè)英文單字到底怎么背，也會(huì)想起課堂中老師透過有趣引導(dǎo)的方式，教導(dǎo)我們?nèi)绾慰焖儆洃泦巫帧．?dāng)你被完了，小老師就會(huì) 幫你蓋個(gè)肯定的'章，似乎得到了一個(gè)小小的勛章，好像在闖關(guān)游戲一般，也表示你已經(jīng)完成這一項(xiàng)功課了。

　　我覺得背英文單字是一件很好的事情，雖然一開始會(huì)有所排斥，但是一想起老師的用意時(shí)，就會(huì)盡心盡力的把單字背起來，我相信透過這樣的日積月累的學(xué)習(xí)，積沙成塔，將來認(rèn)識(shí)的字會(huì)一定很多，希望這方式不只是個(gè)流行，而能變成一種習(xí)慣唷!
