There are many violences and romances on television today， you can find them in almost every channel。 This phenomenon is caused by the TV stations want to get higher audience rating， therefore， they tend to use scenes which can exite the audience， violence and romance have this kind of characteristic， that can attract more people to watch their channel。 I think that the violences and romances on TV might have very bad affection at teenagers， they might act like the ones do on TV， this may increase crimes。 The drive of interest contributes to more and more firms and companies producing these kind of stuffs， and in a market economy， no one has the right to stop them， therefore， there are still so many these stuffs on TV。

However, it’s even worse if one can’t drag himself out of the grief in that mental break-down is more serious than the disaster itself. Instead of indulging oneself in sadness, one should take positive attitude towards life and contribute to the reconstruction of his or her life and hometown.
As for me, if I am lucky enough to survive in a disaster, I will try my best to help those who are suffering by donation blood or money. If I am a victim, I will endeavor to recover from the sadness as soon as possible and be certain to be strong and supportive to the recovery work.

我每天整理書包都注意看一課的單子帶了沒，那就是英語復習單。英語老師是我最怕的老師，她特嚴格，我們都很怕她，我也天天就她的話牢牢地記在心里。
有一天，早上我起晚了，一看時間不早了。于是，匆匆吃完早飯，背上書包，就急急忙忙地往學校跑。剛進教室就打鈴了，我趕緊交完作業，拿出英語復習單讀。可是，我翻遍了整個書包，就是沒有看見英語復習單的影子。
我心里立刻慌了起來：啊?我的`英語復習單呢？怎么？怎么忘帶了？我想我今天完了！
同桌看著發呆的我，小聲地問：“怎么呢？王如忻，你愣著干嗎？”“我……我……我沒有帶……帶英語復習單。”我嚇得話也說不清楚了。
“啊？你沒帶？怎么辦？我借你吧！”
“謝謝！”我不情愿地回答。
同桌是位男生，總是拿我東西，雖然他非常討厭，但是，如果能幫我，我就試試吧！
老師走進教室，看見我們倆只有一份復習單，就問：“你們誰沒有帶？”
我猶豫了一下，想站起來，可是，沒等我回答，同桌已經站起來：“我沒有帶復習單。”他小聲地回答。“你等下讀復習單十遍，讀給同桌聽。”說著，她便開始上課。
我心里很疑惑，他為什么要幫我受罰？這節英語課我一點也沒有聽進去。
下課了，老師讓他讀給我聽，讀完后，我問他：“你為什么要幫我？”
“因為，我們是朋友，朋友之間是需要幫助的，上回你幫我，讓我考試得了一百分，這回我幫了你，我們成為好朋友吧！”
“當然可以！”我開心地笑了。
從此以后，我們倆相互幫助，就因為這份英語復習單，讓我體會到我們已經成了好朋友，我希望我們永遠，永遠都是好朋友，都是最忠誠的好朋友。
