　　Recently an n integrity restaurant has become a hot topic which arouses a controversial debate. A man run a restaurant without any waiter and people who have dinner here can pay the bill as they want to, if the customer think this meal worth 50 Yuan, then he can put 50 Yuan in the box. However, as the owner keep losing money over 4 months, people begin to think this is the customer’s integrity issue, while I can’t agree with it.

　　最近有家誠信餐館成了熱點，還引發了不小的爭議。有個人開了一家沒有服務員的餐館，在那里用餐的人能夠隨意付錢，如果客人認為這頓飯值50塊，那么他就在箱子里付50塊。不過，鑒于老板四個

　　月連續虧損，有人認為這是客人誠信問題所致，但我不同意這個觀點。

　　In the first place, the restaurant didn’t name the price to each dish, which means the owner let the customer evaluate the meal by themselves. That’s make sense that

　　people pay the money for the meal is always lower than the owner’s expectation. Let along the one who don’t pay the bill, as everyone have different values, and most people have no idea about the cost of the dish, it is understandable that customer pay less money than the cost.

　　第一，這家餐館沒有給每道菜標價，這意味著店家讓客人自己估價。那么客人付的錢低于店家的期望就講得通了。不說那些吃飯不給錢的人，每個人的價值觀都不同，很多人也沒有每道菜的'成本價是多少的觀點，客人付的錢低于成本價是能夠理解的。

　　In the second place, the restaurant has on waiter at all which makes the cost lower than a regular restaurant. The customer have to help themselves to have rice and meals, also they need to wash the dish. It makes reasonable that customer pay less money than the owner expected.

　　第二，這家餐館沒有服務員，那么它的成本也會比常規餐館低。客人得自己裝飯裝菜吃，他們還得自己洗碗。那么客人付錢低于店家期望是有理由的了。

　　To sum up, this is may not be the problem of integrity, but the way of running a restaurant. I believe most people had paid their bills, but they just pay it lower than the cost.

　　總來說之，這或許不是誠信問題，而是經營餐館的方式問題。我相信很多人都付了餐費的，僅僅餐費低于成本而已。

　　In nursing a child, the mother always takes care of everything, while father puts less care in nursing because of the work. It is a natural situation for most of the families. As the time goes by, mothers also need to go out for work; they want to share the equal duty with their husband. Even the mothers go out for work, but fathers do not realize the duty they should take on their children, the traditional role does not change. The show makes people realize that the father focuses too much work; they spend less time playing with their kids. Seeing the fathers have no idea how to deal with their kids on the show, people laugh, fathers begin to realize they should take more time with their kids.在養育孩子方面，母親總是承擔一切，不過爸爸在這方面因為工作對孩子投入較少。這對于絕大部分家庭來說是很自然的現象。隨著時間的流逝，母親也需要出去工作，他們想要和丈夫分擔同樣的義務。即使母親出去工作，但是父親仍然沒發現他在養育孩子方面的義務，傳統的角色沒有改變。這個節目讓人們覺察到父親在工作方面太專注，和他們的孩子在一起的時間少。在節目里看到爸爸們不知如何應付孩子，人們開懷大笑，爸爸開始意識到他們應該花多點時間和孩子在一起。

　　The show has great influence on the audience; fathers learn a lot from the show. It is said that some fathers no more focus too much on work, they learn to spend more time with kids and be a good father.

　　這個節目對觀眾有很大的影響，爸爸們學到了很多。據說，一些父親不在一味地專注于工作，他們學著花多點時間和孩子在一起，成為一名好父親。
