This is of course from different point of view, from user side, it is most preferred that one can has his own phone extension for convenience, especially for those feature phones that work under centralised PABX (Private Automatic Branch eXchange) you can leave short message, voice mail, and can make conference call between parties.
The disadvantage is then from the colleage management that such expansion in extension lines will cost a lot of moeny and therefore should be avoided unless they have got funding enough to do endless investment.

I felt much honored when I received your invitation to give a presentation about Chinese culture to the international students of your college. I would much like to do this job. So I am writing to tell you something about the presentation to be given.
The focus of my presentation will be Chinese traditional festivals, such as the Spring Festival and the Mid-autumn Day. In the speech, I will introduce the origin and conventions of these festivals. For example, the Mid-Autumn Day, falling on the 15th of August in the Chinese lunar calendar, is a traditional Chinese holiday for family members and loved ones to gather together. In addition to enjoying the glorious full moon on this day, Chinese people will also eat festival-moon cakes, recite ancient Chinese poems as well as guess lantern riddles. 命題作文就是我們依據(jù)所給題目,確定中心,選擇材料,寫出符合題意,內(nèi)容表達(dá)具體、充分的文章。
寫命題作文通常要注意以下幾點(diǎn)：
一、審準(zhǔn)題目:文章的中心要對題目的分析來確定,一定要弄清主題的內(nèi)涵,確立與文章聯(lián)系的主題思想,表達(dá)不能游離于主題,否則即使內(nèi)容再精彩,也是跑題作文,得分將會大打折扣,因此,寫命題作文最重要的是先審清題目,確立要表現(xiàn)的中心。
二、構(gòu)思結(jié)構(gòu):就是開放思路,啟動聯(lián)想,構(gòu)想表現(xiàn)形式,勾勒出文章的結(jié)構(gòu)層次,依次寫出引言段,主題句,發(fā)展段和結(jié)尾句,努力使之新穎,別致。
三、選擇材料:這一點(diǎn)很重要,一定要圍繞想表現(xiàn)的中心去選擇組織材料,所選的材料必須典型精要。
