　　My hometown is Guiyang, a small city in Southwest China, surrounded by rolling green mountains. A river runs through it, with locust trees lining along both banks. In Summer there will be little boats floating on the river, the laughter of children resonating with the sound of the running water.

　　第二天早上，我們吃過飯便準備去攀登“報曉峰”。報曉峰是雞公山這只“雞”的頭，若到此游玩必然要登上此峰。

　　我們走在林間小路上，到處都是千年古樹，清爽涼快，走完小路，我們就走陡峭的石階，我們走走停停，但我仍舊十分勞累，有些瀉氣了，但我又想：登山不畏難，畏難不登山。都已經到這了，怎么能就這樣放棄呢？想到這，我又鼓足勇氣，繼續攀登高峰。功夫不負有心人，我們一行人終于登上高峰！從山上俯視，只見綠漫峰巒，峭壁如削，霧藹蒙蒙，山下的景物一覽無余。突然，一陣風迎面吹來，山下酷熱難當，而山上卻清涼如秋。在這海拔725。5米的高峰上，我們合影留念，大人小孩開心的笑聲溢滿了整個山谷。

　　接著，我們又去坐索道，我們坐在索道上，一邊看著下方的果林，一邊看著遠方壯麗的山河，使我有了“霧從山中起，人在畫中游”的錯覺。
