　　好，精氣神。那么，今天，我們要的是什么?對，依然是，精氣神。那你能同我一起吶喊嗎?好，來來來。我們要喊出我們橋中人的氣魄，展現出橋中高三人的精氣神：我們，我們是同一戰壕的勇士;我們，我們是橋中的驕傲!

　　今天，在這個莊嚴而又難忘的時刻，作為一線教師，面對全體同學，面對學校、年級的領導，我們莊嚴承諾——我們全體教師仍將會一如既往地踏實工作;我們會刻苦鉆研，耐心輔導，通力合作，隨時關注高考動態，采集高考最新信息，不漏掉每一個問題，不放棄你們中的任何一個人。請你們記住，在這87天里，我們全體教師將時刻與你們同在，以最優秀的教學質量、最無私的投入、最真摯的情感與你們同舟共濟!永遠做你們最堅強、最可信賴的后盾!同學們，你知道嗎?我的喜悅來自哪里?對，你們的改變!當你們真正地做到了“靜下心，坐得住，潛心學習”的時候，那是我最快樂的時候。20xx年2月27日，正月初九，我們開始上課了，我滿懷信心地步入我的課堂，踏上三尺講臺——在我的內心，這就是我的殿堂，我的舞臺。可當我講得興趣正濃時，有些同學嘻嘻哈哈的表情、左顧右盼的尋找他的目標的時候，我的心很是糾結，Duang的一下：是我講得不好，亦或是你全然沒有大戰在即的意識?下課了，我在沉思，自己哪里備課不夠充分，我到底該如何改進?我到底該如何真正地吸引你的注意力——哪怕只有20分鐘?自習課上，當我一次又一次地把你從睡夢中死死地拽出來的時候，我又一次陷入沉思中，我知道了，原來真的是你，自己把自己丟棄!是你，放棄了自己!曾經的你，踏入橋中時，信誓旦旦，你的豪言壯到底去了哪里?曾經的你，穩坐桌前，潛心讀書，我到底還能再次看到這種場景嗎?你們說，能不能? (能!)是啊，在這短短的87天里，我們仍對你充滿期待，期待你的改變!你的改變，我們銘記于心。

　　那一天，我看到了這樣一個場景：高三4班，一個還曾在上學期的課堂上，東張西望，“左右逢源”的大男孩，今天，靜靜地坐在課桌旁，認認真真地讀完型填空，很負責任的寫下了一個又一個答案;自習課上，我再也沒有見到他“只看不動筆”的情形，相反，他邊思索邊計算，他就是高三(4)班的吳勝旭;我這還有一個他，他不喜歡英語，更不喜歡我這個英語老師，這是我的感覺，前幾天，他居然拿出了英文詞典，逐個查閱單詞，我笑了，笑得好甜好美，在心底樂開了花!他就是陳興。同學們!我要告訴你的就是你點點滴滴的改變真的能帶給我們無限的快樂!我堅信，在這87天里，我們一定能收獲滿滿的幸福與快樂!

　　同學們，在你的'身邊，我的眼前，有許許多多橋中人的驕傲：有鍥而不舍，永不放棄的李子闖、盧學文、劉曉彤、趙胤、李帥、陳俊瑤、蔡夢穎、馬藝書;還有抓緊一切時間，全心投入到學習中的劉丹陽、夏朝陽、王天賜、周建、楊世光、賈麗娜、付宇成、孫穎、候崢;他們，他們就是我們的榜樣!我們的榜樣，就在身邊，就在眼前!所以，我要說，只要你想，只要你腳踏實地地去做，奇跡就會發生!我相信，你們87天無悔的付出一定能帶來奇跡!

　　20xx年3月9日，也就是前天周一的晚自習值班，離下課還有兩分鐘，我抬頭往下環顧，一秒、兩秒、三秒……一個小男孩看了我一眼，又快速地低下了頭;一秒、兩秒、三秒……又有一個大男孩看了我一眼，也低下了頭。除此之外，無一人抬頭，大家仍埋頭看書寫字。同學們，你知道我要說什么嗎!我要說，這就是我們想要看到的學習氛圍“靜下心，坐得住，潛心學習”。

　　這，就是我們橋中人想要的氛圍;這就是我們橋中人想要的改變!一個又一個的改變，一個又一個的高三勇士，你們真真的是我們的親學生，所以我要問：親，你準備好了嗎?(準備好了)

　　With the development of technology, more and more people are fond of using Internet. It is particularly popular among young people. Just

　　First of all, the Internet has brought people great convenience in getting information, entertainment and contact with each other. As for our students, it is a useful tool when we meet problems. When we are tired, a piece of light music will help us relax. If we have free time, we can enjoy movies or interesting cartoons. What’s more, we can also watch live programs on the internet or see it later if we are not available at that time.

　　But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to computer games, and some even play games all night. Because of lacking in sleep, those students can not focus on in the class . As a result, they may fail in the exam. When they realize it is wrong to spend too much time playing games, it’s already too late.

　　I have remembered such a piece of news . An excellent student flunked (考試不及格) because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games. He spent nearly all the money on games, which was earned by his father's selling blood. When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school, he was too numb to show any regret.

　　The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents, which affects teenagers ' mental health. Many games involve violence, such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success, a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them, which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.

　　So when computers' entertaining function is highly spoken of ,such a problem does deserve our serious concern.

　　In addition, long time's working before computer also does harm to health. The radiation from the computer can arose many uncomfortable feelings., like a headache, poor eyesight.

　　At last, people who are fond of making friends on line should also be careful. Many convicts use Internet as a way to cheat. Although it has many disadvantages , Internet has become an indispensable part of people's life in recent years. In my point of view, it’s wrong to blame Internet itself, it’s all depend on the way we use it. If we use it in a right way, it can be one of the best friends in our life. That 's all , thank you !

　　When having to make a choice most people think they have to choose between the two. Far too often people go for the latter and naturally choose fun. For instance many people would prefer watching television, or more commonly known as TV to exercising, we all know that it’s true, right? The problem is, if you don’t exercise you will become weak and ultimately out of shape and it is no fun to be out of shape, right? So the question is, why not turn exercise into fun?

　　As an example, if TV is your favorite thing to do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that is charged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike you peddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. So think about it, the more you watch TV, the fitter you’ll be.

　　Now if you are the kind of person who thinks listening to music is fun and you spend many hours alone tap tap tapping your fingers and your toes to the beat, why not take it one step further and get up on your feet and dance, dance, dance.

　　Or maybe you’re the type of person who prefers being with your friends. There are many ways one could have fun with their pals. For instance you could just hang out and do nothing or better yet you could get into a friendly game of basketball or football there is no rule that says everyone has to be as good as Yao Ming or David Beckham, right?

　　However sometimes there just aren’t enough players, or you may even be alone in which case you could go for a ride on your bike, maybe, stop by the library to borrow a book, or go for a walk around the park and enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Before you know it, you’re having fun.

　　Let’s face it, exercise is work and when we think of work we think of thankless underpaid hardships yet it needn’t be this way, if we think of exercise as fun.
