　　我認為，能力不是最重要的，因為能力可以慢慢培養，沒有人一生下來就是天才吧？但是，對這個班級的熱愛一定是最重要的，因為那直接決定了你能不能帶領這個班級走得更好，雖說是我帶領，不如說是大家一起用雙手打造出來的我相信我們大家一定可以做到！為什么呢？
