　　我叫呂東梅，女，1975年12月出生，1994年畢業(yè)于平頂山師范學(xué)校普師專業(yè)。

　　中學(xué)一級教師，本科文憑。

　　從教17年來，我一直站在教育工作的最前沿，從事英語教學(xué)工作。

　　我對英語情有獨鐘，我愛說愛用英語。

　　生動活波的英語課堂是展現(xiàn)我人生風(fēng)采的陣地。

　　我在1994—20xx年在夏李鄉(xiāng)第一初級中學(xué)教初中畢業(yè)班英語12年，年年成績都很拔尖。

　　20xx年至今在夏李鄉(xiāng)實驗學(xué)校教小學(xué)五六級的英語。

　　去年我在“國培計劃—中西部農(nóng)村骨干教師培訓(xùn)項目”這項活動中取得了優(yōu)異成績，獲得了“北京大學(xué)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生”的光榮稱號。

　　我認(rèn)真貫徹黨的教育方針，忠于職守，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，勤學(xué)上進。

　　基礎(chǔ)教育改革實施以來，我積極投入到新課程改革的工作之中，在課改方面進行探究，反思，并取得了可喜的成效，積累了一些經(jīng)驗。

　　我制作的課件被評為市級優(yōu)秀課件。

　　我多次獲得縣級優(yōu)秀教師，縣骨干教師的稱號，我擔(dān)任著我校英語組組長，是我校的英語學(xué)科帶頭人。

　　“把書較薄，把學(xué)生教活”是我的座右銘。

　　我認(rèn)為，當(dāng)今社會的老師應(yīng)該是學(xué)習(xí)型，研究型的老師。

　　要善于接受新事物，合理利用新科技，才能培養(yǎng)出符合社會需求的新型人才。

　　新課改進行以來，為了提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)，我經(jīng)常參加市，縣的各級課改培訓(xùn)。

　　利用課余時間學(xué)習(xí)《新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》等與課改相關(guān)的書，并將所學(xué)習(xí)的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容很好的應(yīng)用到了自己的課堂上。

　　在參加課改期間，我以新的課程觀，新的教學(xué)觀，新的學(xué)生觀，新的發(fā)展觀來看待學(xué)生，細(xì)致備課，備教材，備學(xué)情。

　　在教學(xué)中不斷探索新的授課形式，采用探究式教學(xué)法，讓學(xué)生自己去探索，發(fā)現(xiàn)，總結(jié)，力求每節(jié)課都能在教學(xué)新理念，教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)，教學(xué)手段上有新突破。

　　使教與學(xué)成為一種新型的互動關(guān)系，教師和學(xué)生是合作伙伴，在平等，愉快，和諧的氣氛中提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和效率。

　　My name is Li Jing, the new English teacher of this class. Nice to meet all of you! It is really a great honor to have this opportunity to talk with you. I hope we can communicate happily and have a good day. Now, let me introduce myself briefly.

　　I graduated from Zaozhuang University and I majored in biology. So I am not a professional English teacher, But I am very interested in English. And the knowledge and skills I learned in school are useful in teaching, although I have no experience in teaching and managing a class. Of course, I am so young that I might make some mistakes in the future, and I hope you can give me advice as possible as you can.

　　Being a teacher here is excited. Having thought for a long time, I think I am fit for this career, because of my educational experience and my character, Most of all, I like children and I like this job. I believe that interest is the best teacher, and I will try my best to raise the interest of the children in learning.

　　In my work, I will try my best. I always believe working hard can bring us more opportunities. To be the best one is a little bit hard, but “Trying All My Best.” always can cheer me up. 　　I am so glad that I can get this interview. Thank you for your 3 minutes. My admission number is 123.I graduated from Easten Liaoning university in July this year, and I majored in business English .I have an teaching exercitation for two months in one school ,where I have hold the post of class-chairman and English teacher ,and I have been appreciated highly by the teachers and students who come from that school。

　　In the university, I had initial skills of becoming a qualified teacher and to teach up to a certain level of teaching. I have good moral self-cultivation, and have a firm political direction.
