　　辦理邀請外商來華簽證申報所需材料：(除英文之外的外文材料，請附中文翻譯件并蓋邀請單位公司章)

　　1、邀請外國人來華簽證申報表

　　2、被邀請的每一人的`護照復印件

　　3、雙方購銷合同

　　4、對方公司營業執照（如果今年貴公司未曾辦理邀請函，也須提供營業執照）

　　上述四項材料為一份材料，您需要提供共三份材料。(部分國家有特殊要求，請點擊“邀請有關國家商人來華最新要求”）

　　請您按次序裝訂好，到外僑辦審核。一份材料由義烏外僑辦留存，另二份材料經外僑辦審核、簽字、蓋章后，由企業經辦人送或特快寄金華市外僑辦辦理。外僑辦的辦理時間為隨到隨辦，3-5分鐘；外僑辦的辦理時間一般為3個工作日。外僑辦辦理好簽證通知后，將電話通知“聯系人”去金華取。

　　如何填寫簽證中的申請表呢？

　　在邀請外國人來華簽證申報表中：

　　“被邀請人情況”欄必須打印。被邀請人“國籍”和下面的“簽證地”須用英語填寫。

　　外商系首次來華時，“來華事由”欄要詳細填寫有關該公司的性質、經營范圍等情況，以及如何與該公司結識的，本次來訪的主要目的等內容。對于辦理二次和半年多次往返的申報，“來華事由”欄要寫明最近半年來華共有多少次和本次要申請多次往返的充分理由。

　　“邀請單位擔保意見”內容大致如下：

　　茲有我公司****國客商******（護照號碼為******）于200*年*月來義烏進行合法正當的商務活動，停留時間為**天，我公司擔�？蜕淘诖似陂g不產生違反法律的行為。

　　“在華停留天數”最長為25天。

　　對于“簽證地”與“國籍”不一致的客商，要求在每一份材料中附上該客商在“簽證地”之國的居留證復印件，并注明“這是某某在某地的居留證�！保裳垎挝簧w上公章。

　　辦理多次往返的，要求企業前半年已邀請該客商五、六次來華，并在每一份材料中附上該客商的每次來華簽證記錄、海關出入境記錄和貿易額憑據。

　　“領導簽名”欄，企業法人代表或其委托領導須親筆簽名（企業經辦人不可擅自代簽，也不可以蓋領導簽字章），后蓋公章。

　　“聯系人”要填寫企業經辦人自己的聯系方法（為不耽擱您的寶貴時間，最好寫上手機號），而且要表中所寫的“聯系人”本人去金華取簽證通知，不可委托快遞公司取。

　　護照的復印件必須包含如下四項內容：

　　1、外商的姓名全稱；

　　2、國籍；

　　3、護照的有效期；

　　4、護照的號碼；

　　如果有身份信息，必須是商人身份，不可是與商務無關的身份。

　　雙方購銷合同要求是由外商簽字、我方企業負責人簽字并加蓋公章后生效的合同或售貨確認書等材料的復印件，以證明雙方之間的經貿關系。

　　各種附件不可以使用感應傳真紙，感應傳真紙上的內容必須經復印后，方可使用。

　　各企業邀請外商來華，由各企業外事專辦員到義烏外僑辦辦理。

　　以上小小資料，供參考！
