　　Good morning , Ladies and gentmen It is great honour to speak here . I value this chance of sharing teaching experience with distinguished teachers very much. To be honest I felt rather nervous. I can still remember when I made my first speech in college. I ev en couldn't control my breath .

　　Because I really didn't know what to say at that time . Well- today, being an English teacher for some years in Zhongxin, I have a strong sense of responsibility, which always fills me with strength and confidence.

　　After being an English teacher, I think, to be a good English teacher, you should know your major well. Your personality is as important as your knowledge.

　　A good English teacher must be enthusiastic. You must love your students and respect them. In addition, You must also respect yourself and take pride in your work. A good English teacher should be kind, encouraging, and helpful and you should motivate your students to seek knowledge.

　　I'll tell you a true story, last year, a boy named LiuLei came to our class, he looked so quiet, no age children's lively and cheerful, he didn't dare to answer the question loudly, when I asked him to do the dialogue in front, he even had a big cry . And he didn't dare to see anyone ,whose voice low like a whisper, I am well aware that he lacked of confidence and necessary

So, then I give the opportunity to him for each class , and I encouraged him to say: Jake you have been done better than last time, and I also make the classmates to applaud him, I also told his mother to encourage him when seeing his progress, day by day , I am surprised to find the child really progressed, now he can put up hands to answer a question activly ,what's more， he can take part in the game, performance has been greatly improved. His mother was pleased to tell me her child progressed . every time，after school he always chatter without stopping told her that what he learned in Zhongxin , and the performance is greatly improved, as his teacher was really excited for his progress, I realized the unprecedented ：

　　Good morning ,teachers and students. My name is fuxian from songzhuang primary school. the name of my speech is << my simple teaching life>> .It is my greatest honor to be here today. I would like to share my English learning and teaching experience with you .

　　I studied english educashion at my college. I chose this major just because its tuition was not high at that time. Then half a year before my graduation i came to shandong to be an english teacher. Far away from my hometown. Then i have lived here for 7 years and taught for 7 years too. I love teaching. I love talking to my students.

　　How do I enjoy myself with my students? I don’t think I can express how I love my students in a few words. I just know, they are the future of China; they are infinity in my hand. What could I do with them? To wait, to be patient, to expect and to love. From them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly.

　　And then, as teachers, not only do we need to be friendly to them, but also all the time we have to be ready for helping them. Once two girls in my class went out for wandering from home without telling anyone else including their patents. In fact, they just wanted to escape from the family, which was full of quarreling. It’s not hard to imagine how worried their parents were! But they had no way to communicate with them, nor find them. As class teacher, there was no time. I decided quickly to help the holpless parents. And I tried to contact with their classmates to make sure what they had talked about the going before. Then I spent the whole night in looking for them with their parents in the city. After a long time searching, we found the girls . When they saw me, their class teacher, they cried loudly and sadly. Everything was OK after they told me their complaints to parents. At that time, I knew, sometimes, the teacher was the very bridge between parents and their children. How important, how great to be a teacher is!

　　To me, my students are just like the wild flowers. Can we see a World or Heaven in them? The answer is definitely Yes. If you want to enjoy yourself while teaching, respect and love your students as their friends; work hard with full responsibility.

　　So, what is responsibility? From my point of view, responsibility is accepting what you are facing -- and not complaining your students. Responsibility is holding your students' hands and reminding them to watch both ways before crossing their road. When there is something difficult in front of students, responsibility is helping them over them. When your students are in a trouble, responsibility is being there on time to help and guide them -- even if that means you will miss your favorite things.

　　Because I love my students, then I enjoy myself with full responsibility.That is why I together with you,try our best to be an excellent English teacher today!

　　I could remember English has been my favorite since my junior high school. At that time I had a dream that one day my job must be something that connects with English.

Besides teaching a foreign language, an English teacher can also help students learn and understand more about a very different culture. In addition, if knowledge is a bridge to success, then an English teacher must be a bridge for students to learn a foreign language, a bridge to aid students’ communication with foreigners, a bridge to share our Chinese culture with others.

　　Learning English should be fun and exciting and must not be boring or with a sense of failure .After becoming an English teacher, I do whatever I can to make my class lively and instructive. I think, to be a good English teacher, he should know his subject well. His personality is as important as his knowledge. A good English teacher must be enthusiastic. He must love his students and respect them. In addition, he must also respect himself and take pride in his work. A good English teacher should be kind, encouraging, and helpful and he should motivate his students to seek knowledge.

　　I am very content for being an English teacher. I am so grateful to have a life that is filled with teenagers’ love and trust. When my students answer my questions correctly, when they discuss passionately and when they communicate with foreigners fluently, I know I have done a great job. Nothing can replace my pleasure. It’s English that makes my life wonderful. It is English that makes me feel confident. It is English that makes me feel different about myself.

　　Lastly, my honored judges and English teachers, I would like to share my dream with you. It is a dream deeply rooted in all Chinese’s hearts. I have this dream that one day, when our country becomes the world largest economy, all citizens from other nations would come to China to learn Chinese to get into our latest science and technology .And we, now English teachers, will, then, be able to teach them Chinese in English .This dream must and will come true.
