  Stress can come at us from every direction. For instance, it can come from fights with other people. It can come when we have too many things to do and too little time to do them. It can also come when we do not have enough money to pay for what we want.

  Since stress can make us sick, we have to learn how to deal with it. There are good ways and bad ways to do so. We should deal with stress in good ways, of course. Good ways to cut down on stress include changing our lifestyles. For example, we can learn either to get along with people or to stay away from them. We can decide what to do now, what to do later, and what to leave off doing forever. We can also figure out how to get money or we can cut down on what we want.

  We should not deal with stress in bad ways because bad ways to cut down on stress just lead to more troubles, for example, skipping out and leaving our work undone, blaming our problems on someone else, stealing or cheating.

  When it comes to reducing stress, people vary in their ways. Some people talk with someone, perhaps a friend or a family member, about their anxieties and worries. Others allow themselves a mental “get-away”: a quiet country scene painted mentally can pert them from the tension of a stressful situation to a more relaxing frame of mind. There are also people who create a sense of peace by reading a good book.

  The effective way to relieve stress for me is different from those mentioned above. I have several relaxation techniques. For examples, when stress occurs, I would take a deep breath and exhale and if possible, I would take a warm bath. They prove to be very helpful. They help me to calm down my mind and improve my response.

  There are many ways that can help us solve this problem,but the following may be the most effective.First,learn to come to terms with yourselves.Don't set a goal that is too high because there are many things in this world that are beyond your reach.Learn to be content to go as far as you can.Second,learn to come to terms with the world around you.Don't try to change other people or other things.There are people and things in this world that you can do nothing about.So learn to accept them.Third,don't be too interested in material things and don't try to "keep up with the Joneses."Don't harbor any jealousy,vanity or resentment to others.Be satisfied with what you have.Finally,keep in touch with your friends.Talk with them,share with them your happiness and misery.This will help to make you feel better.

  These are not necessarily the only ways to solve the problem,and it is my hope that everyone can reduce the too much stress in his work and study and live a relaxed happy life.

  Above all,we can relax ourselves by doing sports.When we are running,we are absorbed in the destination and forget the annoyed things.Take my experience for example.In my high school,If I didn't insist on doing my endless examinations and countless exercise books,I was willing to run around my school's playground because it can release my pressures.Secondly,as we all know, listening to the music is the best choice for us to forget our unhappiness due to the fact that the gentle music can make our mood peaceful.Thirdly,when we meet problems in our life,we can share our terrible stories with our friends and they are likely to give useful advice for us.Last but not least,what the most important is that we have to make full preparation before the problems' arrival.For example,in order to pass the college examination,we should review all our textbooks in advance,so we can be confident in exam and reduce our pressure before examination.

  In fact,stress can give our motivation to make the thing best,and tell us that we can't be lazy and have to climb the top mountain.Thus,what we should do now are making full use of stress and using the right way to deal with stress.

  In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, People in the college are facing more and more pressure which is mainly from study, employment and different kinds of competition. As is known to us all ,our life does need some appropriate amount of pressure . It adds flavor, challenge ,and opportunity to our life. But a major challenge in today's stress-filled world is to make the stress in our life work for us instead of against us.

  As for as I am concerned ,my biggest pressure is the job hunting. Nowadays, the growth of the students' number has surpassed that of the need of the society. I often suffer from the stress and feel anxious. I usually afraid that I will not get a good job after graduating from my college.I sometimes get tired of this fast pace of life, too.

  To reduce my pressure, I often try some physical activities which can relieve my anxiety. In addition, I sometimes enjoy listening to music and singing loudly follow the songs. Now, I become very confident in my future, and I do believe I can get an ideal job after my graduation.
