ladies and gentlemen,teachers,my fellow students:
i am very excited and feel it's a great honor to stand here to deliver myspeech. what i'm going to talk about is “choice in my life”
i can still remember the first time i failed in a singing contest. iimmediately ran to my grandma,shedding lots of tears of course! i cried loudlyand could hardly utter a word!
then,badly needed forting words and touch came from grandma. i graduallyregained my sense of pride and a sensible control of my feelings. yet,headdown,i said: “grandma,i have no choice,and i have to give up,right?” “l(fā)ookat me,my dear!”she said gently. i looked up,straight into her eyes. what i sawwas a shining,sweet,and loving stream from the bottom of her heart! then,there came the gentle voice of hers: “no,no,no…” her head shaking,while eyessmiling. “why don't you give more attention to the details?” she continued.
no other words were needed any more! i started practicing and rehearsingonce again,paying special attention to those little things that i used toignore. as a consequence,my overall performance was quickly elevated to a newhigh! without much trouble,in another singing contest held months later,iwon!
what do i learn from this experience? never give up lightly! life's full ofopportunities,and lots of them! to realize your dreams and fulfill yourpotential,you must learn to work hard and smart and steer your lifeboat wisely!as a li ling's sportswear mercial goes “everything is possible!” but not withoutsweat,devotion,and tears sometimes!
life is a long journey,during which we are surely going to face manychallenges,experience lots of failures,and equally,many opportunities arewaving to us,while sweet rewards are waiting for us! to transform theseopportunities into fruitful results,or turn those challenges and failures intovaluable assets,we must learn to seize the good ones and not to retreat lightlyin front of difficulties.

I'd like to start with a group of pictures.
“Modern and advanced”This society forgets,and ignores the other two thirdsof human beings. It's far from the ideal! We call ideal as a utopian,a placewhere reality does not exist. A few people still look forward to the ideals. Wemake fun of them,considering they are naive. Will we still be content to livein such a society,if misfortune drops to us? No! Of cause not!
When we feel the warmth of the sun,these people,endure great sorrows andpains. Can we imagine that? They are our brother and sisters!
Facing them,will we still plain about our own misfortune?
Facing them,will we still have the mood shouting for our own freedom?Facing them,will we still want to have more and more unnecessary stuff?
They are unable to meet their needs,even the basic needs of survival!Everyone,as a member of humanity,shouldn't feel ashamed? Our luxury deprivedtheir lives,our indifference violated our soul,and our barbarity destroyedhuman civilization!
What's the ideal society? It's a society no one worries about their living,a society no one is refused from education,a society everyone can pursue hisherown happiness! The ideal society is filled with love,joy and kindness. In thatsociety,we can touch the other's hearts,we can share our dreams and mostimportant,we can just be the true men!
Let's break the ethnic divide,bridge the gap between rich and poor,handin hand,to build a Great wall,protecting us from evil; to construct a steadybridge,connecting reality to the ideal society! Let's pursue for that,that'sthe only way to the bright future! They are watching us! Thank you!

in order to give us a comfortable living environment,they are always sohard,then the effort. small,i always treat this issue as a matter of course,because i do not know,nor do i know the hard work of parents. now,i grew up,and i know with a heart of thanksgiving to appreciate their parents,should takeon,take care of,the responsibility of your parents
there is an old said："the milk of the sheep have to kneel tu,a feed hasmeaning." bit by bit,our growth can not be separated from their parents to helpwhen the water springs of the tu reported that,therefore,we should know how tofeel gratitude for it,know how to thank their parents .
call us first time parents,first step towards independence,the first towrite a word askew when ... ... are parents around to teach us patience.parents,are giving us god does not require any modification of the sustenanceof the soul.
when we are confronted with difficulties,to devote all of us to helppeople,their parents are.
when we are wronged,to be patient to listen to our cry of the people,their parents are.
when we make mistakes,he will not hesitate to forgive us who areparents.
when we succeed,would like for us to celebrate,to share with us thepleasure,are the parents.
and now far away in our field study,it is still concerned about ourparents.

We all know that：Time is life,at homewe have parents advisement,at school we have teachers advisement. But whotreasures time as life?
Now let’s enjoy a story：One day a young man visited great educatorBanjieming. When Banjieming opened the door,to the young man’s great surprise.：his house was very dirty. “I’m sorry,It’s too dirty. Wait a minute please.Banjieming said and closed the door.
One minute later,Banjieming opened the door again and said：e in please .This time what the young man saw was a clean and clear sitting room.
“OK,You may go now. Banjieming said,“But I,I havn’t remit to you”. Theyoung man asked. “Isn’t it enough? Looking at the room,“ Banjieming said. “Youhave been here for one minute.” “One minute? The story is short but meaningful. Just like the story says：
one minute isn’t long. But our life is made of such minutes. In fact onlytreasure time,will you succeed,only treasure time,will you realize yourideal. Only treasure time will you achieve what you want.
We should make good use of time to study hard or to do something meaningfulfor yourself. So,we should plan the time to study and relax,especially at usewe have more free time at home,so that we can use that time to do a lot ofthings.
However,how can we plan the time? There are different ways for differentexample,somebody like to study in the morning,and relax in the the contrary,somebody like to relax in the morning,and study in the body even think the besttime to study is in the erent ways for different all the ways have one thing inmon.
That is the need for practical action. If you want to change a difficultsituation,if you want to change yourself,if you want to make good use of timeto study,you must put into not,your plan will be not meaningful.

One night,I plained to my mom about the lack of time. Finally shesaid,"you are short of time just because you waste precious minutes on plaintsand anxiety. The point is,no matter how full your schedule is,if you tryreally hard,you can always fit in some thing more."
It is the same with filling the jar. Even if you place a dozen fist-sizedrocks and a bucket of gravel into the jar,there is still space for sand andwater between the rocks and gravel.
The lack of time is just the excuse for my negligence of every singleminute. I believe that the great dividing line between success and failure canbe expressed in six words,"I did not have enough time."The fact is I do haveexactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller,Pasteur,Thomas Jefferson,and Albert Einstein. The point is I have nevertouched upon the real meaning of life which lies in snatching,seizing andenjoying every minute of it. No idleness,no delay,no procrastination,noplaint! It is during my moments of plaining or hesitation that my destiny isshaped. Once I make full use of every moment,I believe that,my worries will begradually cut down to nothing.
Time is the most valuable of all our possessions,but the most perishableas well. As Henry David Thoreau said,"You must live in the present,launchyourself on every wave,find your eternity in each moment."
Whenever I fell the lack of time in the future,I will tell myself "Carpediem,seize the day,make every moment count."
