　　兩年前，我從xx英語教育院校畢業，躊躇滿志地從大學校門里走出來，滿懷信心地踏進了這滿是孩子們的天堂。在我開始接任四年級二班的英語教程那一刻，我的心情忐忑不安，不知能否把課上好，當我真正走上工作崗位，走上四二班教室的講臺時，面對一個個鮮活可愛的面孔，面對一雙雙求知的眼睛，我總是一次次默默的告訴自己，要努力，要加油，要成為深受學生歡迎的好老師。

　　有人說兒童是一本書雖然要讀懂這本書并非易事，但要成為一位出色的教師就必須去讀它，有人說，兒童是花木，教師是園丁，園丁悉心照料著花木，但需要尊重它們自然地成長。實際上，兒童比花木要復雜的多，教師的工作比園丁的工作也復雜的多，盡管他們擁有著共同或共通的規律。法國文學家雨果在他的詩里曾經寫到：“花是尊貴的，果實是甜美的，讓我們都來做葉吧，因為葉，是平凡而謙遜的�！蔽矣X得這首詩就是為教師寫的，因為教師就像那默默奉獻的綠葉，時時刻刻襯托著鮮花的嬌艷。今天，在慶祝教師節的日子里，我榮幸地站上這方講臺，誦讀這樣意味深長的詩句，即將開始我至真至誠的講述，我心中無比激動，也感到萬分的驕傲自豪。

　　時光匆匆，轉眼間我已走過了四年的`從教生涯。雖然在大家看來這段時間有些短暫。但細數往昔歲月的點點滴滴，我還是要長嘆：生活原來給了我們那么多感動。為了這真情付出后得到的感動，我一直在追求著。剛剛參加工作時，信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進課堂，感覺一切都是那樣美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味濃，為師才知為師難。一段時間之后，我先前良好的自我感覺早就一掃而空，面對一群求知欲渴的孩子們，我才真正意識到教師職業是何等的艱辛和瑣碎，三尺講臺站上去容易，要站好可真難��！

　　每個人都希望自己的人生風和日麗，鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺，人有旦夕禍福，挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上，還是收起此時內心的苦楚用微笑面對純真可愛的孩子？我想沒有人愿意選擇前者，因為你的心中有愛！魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛的”。是的，愛是教育的源泉，教師有了愛，才會用伯樂的眼光去發現孩子們的閃光點，才會對自己的教育對象充滿了信心和愛心，才會有追求卓越的精神和創新的精神。

Whatwill satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we mustneed something inside, which is the realization ofpeople’ hopes and ideals.

　　Different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopesand ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear toeverybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our strivingfor success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightenedby the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and senseof responsibility.
