　　尊敬的領導：

　　我是XXX，是XXXX，今天我懷著無比內疚的心情寫下這份檢討書，對我因個人原因未按時參加XXX會議的行為而感到羞愧，有愧于“大學生西部計劃志愿者”這一稱號。

　　一、遲到原因

　　XXX會議上我遲到，這是毋庸置疑的事實，個人經深刻反思，總結以下幾點：

　　1.思想上認識不夠。因為長期在服務單位工作，整個重心都傾向于單位工作，對團委工作沒有在思想上形成高度重視，造成在實際行動上存在偏差。5月27日下午，在明明知道晚上要參加網絡會議的情況下，我仍與XXX等同事到XXX，這明顯地顯示出我對團委工作的'不重視，對此，我向所有為此次會議忙碌的團委工作人員說一聲“對不起，你們辛苦了”。

　　2.組織紀律性差。在日常生活中個人自由主義過強，造成自己對團委工作也存在著漫不經心的態度，總有“差不多就好”、“應該可以”等得過且過的思想，這種態度和思想不僅不利于我自身的成長，還給市團委工作帶來了許多不必要的困擾，對此我再一次道歉。

　　3.做事拖沓，不分輕重緩急。一個小時的時間本來是足夠吃飯、洗漱的，但是由于我個人做事拖沓，事事慢悠悠，甚至進會議室時也是閑庭漫步，影響會議的氛圍，給省團委留下了不好的印象，給市團委帶來不良的影響。為此，我表示深深的歉意。

　　二、今后工作中的改進措施

　　對我在這次會議遲到行為，我已深深地認識到了它的嚴重性，為了更好地向領導檢討自己，我對在今后團委工作中自己的態度、行為等方面提出以下幾點要求：

　　1.加強思想認識。作為共青團的一員，必須始終要以主人翁的態度，充分發揮主觀能動性，積極主動地去承擔共青團的工作，不能因為忙于服務單位的工作而忽略團委這個大家庭的工作。
