一、比賽規(guī)則
1、演講順序：比賽前抽簽決定。
2、演講時(shí)間：演講時(shí)間不得超過(guò)5分鐘，每超時(shí)10秒扣掉2分，不足10秒按10秒計(jì)算。
3、演講比賽評(píng)分：采取100分制。
二、評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
1、演講內(nèi)容（40分）
主題鮮明、中心突出，結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、層次清晰，內(nèi)容正確、聯(lián)系實(shí)際，選材典型、杜絕抄襲。
2、演講有聲語(yǔ)言(30分)
語(yǔ)音標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，聲音洪亮，語(yǔ)速適當(dāng)，語(yǔ)調(diào)仰揚(yáng)頓挫，富有變化。
3、演講態(tài)勢(shì)技能(20分)
表情豐富，動(dòng)作得體、手勢(shì)自然，服裝適宜。
4、整體效果（10分）
可脫稿演講，節(jié)奏把握好，內(nèi)涵與表情相結(jié)合，以情感人，以形傳神，感染力強(qiáng)。 可用PPT輔助演講。
三、評(píng)分辦法
1、比賽設(shè)7名評(píng)委，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)打分；
2、去掉一個(gè)最高分和一個(gè)最低分，取平均分；
3、選手最后得分精確到小數(shù)點(diǎn)后一位，若出現(xiàn)同分，則精確到后兩位，依此類推；
4、根據(jù)總分的高低評(píng)出特等、一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)及優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)。

演講者精神飽滿，能較好地運(yùn)用姿態(tài)、動(dòng)作、手勢(shì)、表情，表達(dá)對(duì)演講稿的理解。
【主體形象】 10分
演講者著裝樸素端莊大方，舉止自然得體，有風(fēng)度，富有藝術(shù)感染力。
