　　書面通知的英語作文格式要求

　　1.通知的標(biāo)志：標(biāo)志一般要醒目，多用Notice作標(biāo)題。

　　2.出通知的單位和時(shí)間：一般分別位于正文的右下角和右上角。不過，這兩項(xiàng)有時(shí)可以省略。

　　3.通知的正文：要寫明所做事情的'具體時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、概括性內(nèi)容、出席對象及有關(guān)注意事項(xiàng)。

　　4.通知的對象：一般用第三人稱，但如果帶有稱呼語，則用第二人稱來表示。

　　5.通知的文體：注意用詞貼切，語句簡潔。
