　　注：除了道歉信中間段落需要寫成記敘形式，其余五種書信都應(yīng)該寫成議論形式。不管是記敘還是議論，中間段落第一句都應(yīng)該寫一個(gè)概括性質(zhì)的“主題句”——這是我們的原則！

　　（三）結(jié)尾段：想寫好第三段，就要背過各種客套話！
