英語建議書寫作技巧

　　應用文

　　建議信 (Letter of suggestion)

　　一、簡介

　　(1) 建議信寫作注意事項

　　寫作目的是提出建議或忠告。不是投訴信，觀點要合情合理，注意禮貌當

　　先。

　　(2) 寫作方法

　　① 首段：

　　a. 簡介自己，不要羅嗦；

　　b. 說明目的，注意語氣。

　　② 主體：

　　a. 提出具體建議；

　　b. 首先肯定優點，再寫改進內容，否則變成投訴信；

　　c. 經常進行交流，注意對方感受，時時提到你和我，否則容易跑題寫成議論文，因為內容與議論文相似。

　　③ 尾段：總結建議，注意禮貌，易于接受。

　　(3) 寫作流程圖

　　二、結構

　　第一部分：說明寫信的目的

　　套語：

　　(1) 來信收到，得知你下個月要對中國進行一次為期十天的訪問，我建議…… I have received your letter saying that you plan to have a visit to China for ten days next month. I recommend that……

　　(2) 寫此信是要提出我對飯店管理進一步提高和改進的建議——建立我們自己

　　的網站來吸引更多的客戶。

　　hotel so as to establish a website of our own to attract more clients.

　　第二部分：介紹詳情、提出建議

　　套語：

　　我建議……

　　I’d like to suggest that ……

　　第三部分：提出希望采納建議，盼望回復

　　Writing (30 minutes)
