　　現在再認真思考這個問題，我們覺得，做為從業人員有責任、有義務，也必須為游客提供更為輕松、快樂的旅游時光。坦誠的說，今年7、8兩個暑期月份下來，在我們質檢回訪過程中，所發現存在質量問題的，游客投訴到公司的也絕不僅此兩例。

　　我們總結分析下來，存在質量問題的主要是散客出游群體，暑期質量問題一般容易出現在車輛空調不好，某些導游態度存在問題，以及住房條件較差等方面。目前旅行社的存在方式大體上分為三類，一類是組團旅行社，我們**就是這樣類型的旅行社，面向終端客戶收取客源;一類是地接旅行社，主要接待外地游客來本地旅游;第三類是同行批發旅行社，如揚州蘇之旅旅行社，儀征旅行社同行受制于客源量問題，收到游客報名后，無法獨立發團，只能交給這樣的批發旅行社統一發團。這種現狀就導至了組團旅行社對散客質量的掌控從很大程度上受制于同行批發旅行社，從某種程度上來說，儀征散客出游，選擇哪家旅行社報名的差別是不大的'，唯一的區別所在是旅行社經營者的思路，以及遇質量投訴后，規模大一些的旅行社對批發旅行社的牽制能力會更強一些，僅此兩點而已。

　　關乎旅游質量還有一個很重要的點，就是導游，景點美不美，全靠導游一張嘴。好的導游除了在講解上會更為精彩外，對于游客心理的把握能力通常也會很強，會有較強的協調溝通能力，而目前導游的生存狀態基本上都是以兼職為主，這種生存狀態，也從很大程度上導致了其責任心的下降，因其兼職故而也缺少有效的服務技能培訓。旅行社不是不想有自己的全職導游，而是因為旅游業的季節性特別強，旺季再多導游也不夠用，進入12月份以后的3個月淡季對于小旅行社而言，可能1個導游都嫌多，這個微利行業人力成本應該是最大的成本了，所以這種季節性的特點也導致旅行社不敢、不能用過多的全職導游。我們公司目前全職導游有16名，在揚州地區算得上是規模龐大的一支導游隊伍了，但也只能應對平常季節的客流量，遇上旺季，也只能望洋興嘆，比如貼子中所提到的西安團隊，就是一個主要由兼職導游帶隊的團隊。
