道歉信的英語格式
1、由于違約，或做錯了事，說錯了話，或是因服務(wù)不周造成了某種不良后果， 當(dāng)事人必須為此道歉。 書寫道歉類便條時要注意：
(1)要言辭懇切，誠心誠意，指出自己并非故意傷害或開罪對方，切忌對自己的. 過失作過多辯解。
(2). 要請對方諒解自己的過失或給對方帶來的不便。
(3). 需要使用 I’m sorry, I apologize 等字眼明確表達(dá)自己的歉意。
2、正文主要有4 個部分:
(1). 道歉行為和內(nèi)容。
(2). 道歉的具體理由。
(3). 彌補(bǔ)方法。
(4). 進(jìn)一步致歉

6. I shall not be so rude/late/careless again. Sample Directions: You are already have a date with your friend but suddenly have another thi ng to do and you have to tell your friend that you can’t go. Express your reas on clearly in about 100 words. May 5, 2008 Dear Jane,
(1)I am sorry to tell you that I won’t be able to come this afternoon because I have to go to the airport at 2:00 p. m. to meet an overseas visitor from Australia.
(2)I really have kept our date in my mind all these days, however, I received my boss’ e-mail this morning, he asked me to go to the airport to meet one of his friends from abroad, it’s suddenly and urgent and I must go.
(3) Please forgive me.
(4) Would you please ring me up to make another time? Yours, Tom 時間 稱呼語

(4)提出彌補(bǔ)的辦法落款 May 5, 2008 Dear Emma, I am writing to express my apology that I cannot dine with you this afternoon. I’m really sorry but I have some urgent thing to do. It is my essay on history my teacher called me this morning and asked me to revise my essay in her office, so I guess I have to spend a whole day there. I hope you will forgive me and please call me as soon as possible so we can discuss the next meeting time. Yours, Jane
因遲復(fù)來信致歉Because of answering one’s letter late
Dear David:
I am afraid that you will think me unpardonably negligent in not having answered your letter dated 7, December sooner, but when I have told you the reason, I trust you will be convinced that the neglect was excusable. When your letter arrived, I was just in Hong Kong. As my family could not forward it to me during my absence, it has been, therefore, lying on my desk until the moment when I took it up. Now the first thing I have to hasten to do is to write to you these few lines to express my deep regret.
I enjoyed many pleasant sights during my trip. I shall be pleased to give you an account to of them when I see you next.
