　　道歉信格式英語(yǔ)

　　1、由于違約，或做錯(cuò)了事，說(shuō)錯(cuò)了話，或是因服務(wù)不周造成了某種不良后果， 當(dāng)事人必須為此道歉。 書(shū)寫(xiě)道歉類便條時(shí)要注意：

　　(1)要言辭懇切，誠(chéng)心誠(chéng)意，指出自己并非故意傷害或開(kāi)罪對(duì)方，切忌對(duì)自己的 過(guò)失作過(guò)多辯解。

　　(2). 要請(qǐng)對(duì)方諒解自己的過(guò)失或給對(duì)方帶來(lái)的.不便。

　　(3). 需要使用 I’m sorry, I apologize 等字眼明確表達(dá)自己的歉意。

　　2、正文主要有4 個(gè)部分:

　　(1). 道歉行為和內(nèi)容。

　　(2). 道歉的具體理由。

　　(3). 彌補(bǔ)方法。

　　(4). 進(jìn)一步致歉
