4. to always explore and suggest opportunities to grow sales and profit within the operating framework of company
在營運框架內,提出并創造有效的提高銷售和利潤的方法和機會
5. ensure all company policies and procedures are followed. ensure the compliance of policies and procedures of local government.
確保公司政策與流程的良好執行,確保當地法律法規的嚴格執行
6. to ensure the highest level of customer service measured by mystery shopper score

任職資格
1.university / college degree holder
本科或專科學歷
2.at least 5 years operational managerial position holder in chained retail operations
5年以上連鎖零售企業營運管理崗位工作經驗
3.good ability in organization and leadership, good team spirit
卓越的組織和領導能力,良好的團隊合作精神
4.ambitious, aggressive, interpersonal skills and sense of commerce and figure analysis
雄心勃勃的、辦事果斷,良好的溝通能力以及良好的商業意識、數字分析能力
5.good ability in planning, prevision and problems solving

1、負責公司產品的.銷售及推廣;
2、根據市場營銷計劃，完成部門銷售指標;
3、開拓新市場，發展新客戶，增加產品銷售范圍;
4、負責轄區市場信息的收集及競爭對手的分析;
5、負責銷售區域內銷售活動的策劃和執行，完成銷售任務;
6、管理維護客戶關系以及客戶間的長期戰略合作計劃。
